I had a bit of trouble with this gift card I got from the company when I returned some stuff. I got the card at first, but now I can't seem to use it because the store is all of a sudden not available. I tried emailing customer service, but it looks like my emails aren't getting through. It's super frustrating and I'm really disappointed in how the company is dealing with this.
