    Delayed long-term order

    So I bought something back in February and it's now July, and I still haven't gotten it! Can you believe how slow that delivery is? So frustrating. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare, their email was no help at all and Instagram was just as bad with their automated replies. Finally I got a response on Instagram, but I had to time it perfectly because of the time zone difference. I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They said I'd get my money back within 5-10 business days, but it's day 10 now and still no refund. Now I have to bug customer service again for answers. This has honestly been the worst shopping experience ever, I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy.

    Just bought a new yoga mat

    For real, this yoga mat is next level. It feels like I'm doing sun salutations on a fluffy cloud, I can't believe I stuck with a basic mat for so long. And the fact that it's good for the environment and built to last just seals the deal for me. I don't get how anyone could have anything negative to say about this mat.

    iPad cover purchase

    This service is just not acceptable, eh? I ordered an iPad cover and it's been 9 days and still no sign of it. Best Buy is working with third-party sellers, which is turning into a total mess. When I called to ask about it, they told me to contact the shipper for any info. The customer service is terrible and their business practices seem pretty shady.

    iPhone business communication tool

    MightyCall is such a great app for making calls and sending texts from my iPhone. I work from home, so it's really important for me to keep in touch and not miss any important calls. There are a bunch of cool features on MightyCall that I haven't even tried yet, but it's nice to know they're there for when I need them. Plus, the app is super easy to use and has made it way easier for me to stay on top of all my communication stuff.

    Defective item return experience

    That return policy is just awful, no doubt. I bought something and it was a dud, but get this - I had to foot the bill for return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault. And get this, the item I got wasn't even on the list for returns according to their site, which is just nuts. Plus, a measly 30 days to return it and it has to be unused? Give me a break. What a letdown!
