Recent return experience
I've been a loyal customer at this store for years and always been happy with my purchases. However, my recent return experience has really made me rethink my loyalty. I asked for a return label for 2 items, but it's like they vanished because I can't track them. On top of that, I haven't received any credit for the returned items. I've sent countless emails to customer service, but all I get back are automated replies promising to help, but then I hear nothing. I can't even cancel the part of the order that never came, which just adds to my frustration. Not being able to call a phone number and the unhelpful virtual assistant on the website is just making everything seem impossible to fix.

Fast delivery, true to photos
I just bought some hair extensions and I'm super happy with them. The shipping was so quick and the extensions are just like they looked in the pictures. Hardly any shedding, and the length is accurate. The pre-plucked and HD lace make it look really natural. I was amazed at how good my hair looked after I put them in. If you're unsure about buying them, I say go for it. Plus, you can wash and reuse the hair, so it's a good investment in the long term.

Exhaust part for 2006 Altima
I just bought a piece of the exhaust system for my 2006 Altima and I'm really pleased with it. It had everything I needed and fit perfectly on my car. I have no complaints about how well it works. When I was reading reviews, I saw that most of the complaints were about problems with the lights, but I think that might have more to do with the installation than the actual parts. I got my clothes
Eh, after waiting what felt like an eternity, I finally got my clothes. The delivery was so slow, I swear they must have forgotten about me. I even had to ask for a refund 'cause it was takin' forever, but I still haven't heard anything back from 'em. The whole thing was just a big old joke.
