Overpriced plus size clothing
The Reitmans group has really let me down when it comes to online orders. I mean, they pretty much run the show when it comes to plus size clothing in Canada, but their inability to keep track of stock and their lack of customer service is just not cutting it. It's super frustrating when they tell you your order is cancelled without even giving you a heads up if the item is out of stock when you order. And when you try to get some help, they basically make you do all the work by asking for old and new order numbers for a price match. Like, come on, that's not cool. It shows they really couldn't care less about their customers. Shopping online as a plus-sized person is already tough, and Reitman group's actions just add to the struggle. It's like they care more about making money than making their customers happy, which isn't right. They need to step up their game.

Online clothing purchase
Even though some people didn't like the delivery service, I've always had really good experiences buying clothes online. I live far away from any actual stores in the countryside, so online shopping is my go-to. So far, this retailer has been super easy to deal with and trustworthy. Returns have been a breeze and they process refunds quickly. I love how simple and convenient it is to shop on their website, so I’m definitely sticking with them as a customer.

Late delivery and email communication issue
It's been well over a month since I made my purchase and still no sign of my order. I've sent numerous emails trying to figure out what's going on, but only got a response after five tries. Turns out, my email address was blocked! This lack of communication and transparency is not cool at all. From a company like this, I expect way better customer service.
