But some of them didn't meet my expectations. The good thing is that the refund process was fast and simple.     Super reliable hosting

    I absolutely love this hosting service, it's so reliable and always has my back. Unlike some friends who are always flaking out, this service is always there for me.     Overpriced plus size clothing

    The Reitmans group has really let me down when it comes to online orders. I mean, they pretty much run the show when it comes to plus size clothing in Canada, but their inability to keep track of stock and their lack of customer service is just not cutting it. It's super frustrating when they tell you your order is cancelled without even giving you a heads up if the item is out of stock when you order. And when you try to get some help, they basically make you do all the work by asking for old and new order numbers for a price match. Like, come on, that's not cool. It shows they really couldn't care less about their customers. Shopping online as a plus-sized person is already tough, and Reitman group's actions just add to the struggle. It's like they care more about making money than making their customers happy, which isn't right. They need to step up their game.

    Trampoline mat for 14 ft Trampoline

    The trampoline mat for the 14 ft trampoline is really disappointing. It's just not up to par and the kids can't jump on it like they used to with the old one. We've been getting a lot of complaints about it.

    I bought something online not too long ago and it was supposed to come in a few days, but it's been a whole week now and still no sign of it. I tried to get in touch with them through calls, emails, and customer service, but no luck, they haven't replied at all. This lack of communication and the delay in getting my stuff has really let me down with their service. I think I'll have to find another store for my next purchase because this whole thing has been so irritating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company after what happened to me.

    Late delivery and email communication issue

    It's been well over a month since I made my purchase and still no sign of my order. I've sent numerous emails trying to figure out what's going on, but only got a response after five tries. Turns out, my email address was blocked! This lack of communication and transparency is not cool at all. From a company like this, I expect way better customer service.
