The service and support at this hosting provider are just amazing. I got to chat with Aqsa, who was a total rockstar and really helped me out with all my questions and problems. The whole experience was awesome, and I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone in need of reliable hosting services.

I really thought this cloud hosting service was gonna be great, but it turned out to be a letdown. The staff was nice, but the service itself didn't meet my expectations. They made promises they couldn't keep, which was really frustrating and slowed down my work. The website's layout was confusing, and it was super slow to use. The live chat didn't even work, so it was hard to get help when I needed it.
Billing issue resolved with extension after account breach
I had some trouble with my bill after someone hacked into my account and my access got suspended. Thankfully, Ovias was able to help me out and fix everything quickly. He really knew what he was doing and was so professional. This company always provides amazing service, and I'm really thankful for their help. Thanks a lot! 🙏
Trial purchase - WordPress migration tool
So, I decided to try out this free trial, eh? And you wouldn't believe it, but the WordPress migration tool totally flopped! Plus, they only offer help with migration if you give them your credit card info. And to top it all off, when they did give it a shot, my website ended up looking way worse. Pretty uncool, eh?

Plus, awesome features like server scaling, Varnish, Gzip, Redis, auto backup, and add-ons like Cloudflare and email accounts. They also throw in free SSL, domain management, Wordpress settings, live server monitoring, and a cool staging service for free. But, I really wish they had a DNS zone editor, the option to downgrade servers, and a personal email inbox.

Let me tell ya, I've had my fair share of terrible customer service experiences, but let me tell ya, Cloudways ain't one of 'em. I've been with 'em for 2 years now and I gotta say, their support team has never let me down. Whether it's a tech problem or a billing issue, they're always there to lend a hand, and they do it quick. Just the other day, Mr. Ovais helped me out with a billing problem and lemme tell ya, he was not only understanding but also super efficient in sorting it out. I gotta give 'em credit for the top-notch customer service they provide, that's what keeps me coming back as a loyal customer.

Cloudways has the best setup and it looks really cool! And you know what? The customer support is amazing, like seriously impressive. One time, Ali and Hamza helped me solve my issue super quickly. They even taught me how to prevent it from happening again. This hosting is way better than any others I've used in the past, and I've used quite a few!
Had server issue
Eh, so I had a problem with my server, eh, and I really needed some help, like, right away. Luckily, this super cool person named Javiria from their tech support team totally saved the day, eh! She fixed the issue crazy fast and was so nice and patient the whole time. It's tough to find customer service this good, but Cloudways really hit the nail on the head with their support. If you're looking for hosting that actually gives a darn about you, go with them, eh!
