Bag purchase with excellent customer service
I had a little problem with a bag I bought from a company on Mulberry St. in Manhattan. When I contacted their customer service, they were quick to reply and asked me some questions to figure out what was going on. After a few back-and-forth emails, they gave me a really fair voucher to fix things up. I gotta say, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. And on top of that, their bags are just amazing - great design and super practical for everyday use.

I've been using this client meeting platform for a while now, and let me tell you, the customer service is amazing. If I need help setting up a webinar or fixing something during a meeting, their support team is right there to help. I really like being able to talk to a real person instead of a chatbot. They always make fixing any issues super easy, usually in just a few minutes.
