Customer service sucks. I waited for my order for three whole weeks and didn't hear anything about it. When I finally asked, all they said was that there were more delays and didn't say when I'd get my stuff. It's frustrating and disappointing to get such crappy service.

The platform has a super easy-to-use dashboard and quick chat support from tech pros. Plus, awesome features like server scaling, Varnish, Gzip, Redis, auto backup, and add-ons like Cloudflare and email accounts. They also throw in free SSL, domain management, Wordpress settings, live server monitoring, and a cool staging service for free. But, I really wish they had a DNS zone editor, the option to downgrade servers, and a personal email inbox.

I always manage to snag tickets for sports games at the last minute, especially for hockey and baseball. It would be much better if the pricing was in Canadian dollars, not just US dollars.

Loose leaf tea purchase
I just bought some loose leaf tea and had a small problem with my order. I sent an email to customer service and got a reply super quick from a really nice person. After a few emails back and forth, the problem was fixed and I even got a replacement sent to me. It arrived a few days later, all nicely wrapped up and looked great. I usually only shop in stores, but now I feel good about ordering online for gifts too. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

I just got a new computer and misplaced my code for that video thingamajig. I shot them an email for some help, and they replied back real quick! So, I tested it out on this really long video, and it was lightning-fast at converting it to a different format. It was pretty neat!
