I got an email the other day saying I was behind on paying my Cloudways bill. I paid it right away, but my servers still haven't been turned back on like they said they would. I'm pretty upset with Cloudways for not following through and I want them to fix this ASAP. It's worrying that I can't access my servers even though I paid on time.
