I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company recently. I waited over two months for my item, but it never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they were not helpful at all. They didn't take responsibility and just gave me unhelpful answers. They even suggested I wait longer and offered me "points off my next purchase" instead of a refund. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards my concerns really bothered me. In the end, I had to escalate the problem through PayPal to get my money back.

Non-stick pan purchase
This non-stick pan is amazing in the kitchen. Holding the handle is comfortable, the heat spreads evenly, and cleaning up is so easy. I love how versatile it is, great for cooking meats, eggs, or even baking treats. The only downside is that the mustard color wasn't available when I bought it, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the other products from this brand look so tempting, I might end up getting more than I planned. One interesting thing to mention is that the pan lid makes a ringing sound when you tap it, which adds a fun touch to meal prep. Overall, a fantastic purchase that I highly recommend.

Booked a hotel room
I reserved a hotel room and it was so simple and quick! But when I went to confirm my booking, there was a little issue with the late checkout selection. It appeared as one of the options I chose, but it wasn't displayed clearly with the checkout time. I'm sure I'll still receive great service since the Ibis staff is always friendly to me and my family, but that mix-up has left me a bit puzzled.

I've been shopping at the store a lot lately and I got some really cool stuff. I bought some catsuits that fit perfectly and are made really well, a cozy mesh shrug set for sleeping, and a shiny skirt and shrug that are super reflective. The customer service folks were awesome and fixed a mistake with the print on my mesh shrug set, letting me keep the wrong one and sending me the right one quickly. Just a heads up, if you're thinking about the mesh shrug set in XS, you might wanna go for a small because the neck hole is a bit tight. But overall, everything fits great and matches the size guide they give you. So I definitely recommend it!

My super cool shirt
I got this really cool shirt that I absolutely love, but then the sleeves got all frayed. I sent them multiple emails and they finally said I could get it fixed at a tailor, but none of the tailors close to me will do it. It seems like a major design flaw or something. Veronica Beard, you should definitely stand by your products! This is so not cool. I won't be purchasing from you again.

My disastrous purchase
The customer support from this company is just terrible, eh? And the product itself is no good either. Since I first installed it, I've been having problems non-stop. It took them a whole month to even get back to me with tech support, and even after seven months, the issue still isn't fixed. I've sent in a bunch of tickets, but no one can seem to figure out how to solve the problem. If you're looking for a good product, definitely steer clear of this company, eh.

Order of mixed roses bouquet
So, I ordered a bouquet of mixed roses for my friend's birthday from Callia, but I have to say I was pretty let down with the whole thing. The website was easy to use, and I had no trouble placing my order. But when the bouquet showed up, it looked nothing like the picture online. The roses were all sad looking, some even had brown spots. The quality of the bouquet just wasn't worth the money I spent on it. I tried reaching out to customer service to let them know how I felt, but the response I got was pretty meh. They offered to send me a new bouquet, but by then, the birthday had already come and gone, so it didn't really help.

Large Check-in Closet and Carry-on Backpack Closet
I recently bought a big check-in suitcase and a carry-on backpack for a 3-week trip to Scotland, and I have to say I am really impressed.
