Damaged item in order
My recent purchase was not good at all. When I got my order, I saw a big hole in one of the items. I tried to return it online, but they wanted to charge me $15 for handling a damaged item, which was surprising. Also, I couldn't exchange it because it was marked as "out of stock" on the return page, even though it was in stock on their website. I sent two emails and called them a bunch of times, but no one from customer service got back to me. The return deadline is coming up soon, so if they don't fix it in time, I might have to talk to my credit card company.
Bought some stuff
I got some nice things but had to do some fixing up. They arrived quickly, but I had to return a jacket that didn't fit. But now I'm upset because I still haven't received my refund and nobody is responding to my emails. It's really frustrating. I won't be purchasing from them again.
Tight dress
The dress I bought was totally off - the bottom part was way too tight around my knees, I could hardly even walk in it! I've been a loyal customer for ages, spending tons of cash, but when I talked to Winnie from customer service, she was so rude and not helpful at all. She wouldn't give me an exchange, credit, or refund, and said it was a final sale. This whole thing has really got me thinking about whether I want to keep supporting this brand.
Two oversized garments
Customer service was terrible despite me trying to contact them several times for an exchange. I even said I would pay for shipping. I wouldn't suggest buying from this brand if you're not sure about what size to get.
Exchange for clothing items
So I was trying to return some clothes at this store, and let me tell you, the customer service for returns was just terrible. I sent a bunch of emails but didn't hear anything back about when I could exchange my stuff. It was super annoying because I knew they got my return since I tracked it. I really love the clothes at this store, especially those awesome jackets! But oh my goodness, I am never buying directly from them again! It takes forever to get refunds and their customer service is just the worst! So terrible!
Amazing dress
Oh my goodness, I just have to say that I bought this dress and it is honestly the best thing ever. I was really nervous after seeing some reviews, but I'm so happy I decided to take a chance. The quality is amazing - the fabric, design, everything is just perfect. When I tried it on, I felt like a fashion queen. Honestly, this is now my absolute favorite dress and I can't wait to wear it for Christmas. So all those negative reviews? Completely untrue in my experience.
Shirt
I bought a shirt from this company not too long ago and it was a letdown. I tried to send it back through UPS the day after I got it, but I never got my money back. I've tried calling their customer service line multiple times but can't get through to anyone. The fact that they haven't reached out to me or given me my refund has left me feeling really let down and annoyed. It's almost like they're trying to scam me, so I won't be buying anything from them again.
Denim dress and trench coat
I was so disappointed with the clothes I bought. The denim dress I got in the fall completely fell apart after one wear, the seam in the back just came undone. Then, I decided to try the brand again and got a trench coat that was pretty pricey. But when I got it, I was shocked to see all these strings hanging out around the button holes, it looked all frayed. It was obvious that this coat was not up to the quality I expected, especially for how much it cost. It was really sad to see that the quality control seemed to have gone downhill. Brands need to make sure their stuff is top-notch, especially when they're charging a lot for it.
My super cool shirt
I got this really cool shirt that I absolutely love, but then the sleeves got all frayed. I sent them multiple emails and they finally said I could get it fixed at a tailor, but none of the tailors close to me will do it. It seems like a major design flaw or something. Veronica Beard, you should definitely stand by your products! This is so not cool. I won't be purchasing from you again.
Luxe blazer
The whole process of placing my order was a complete disaster. I had to wait for what seemed like forever just for them to even start preparing it. And when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, it was such a challenge to actually get through to someone. After many tries, I finally managed to speak with a person named Georgia, who was quite nice and sorted out my problem in no time. But still, the whole service was just awful, and the delays were way too much. It's so frustrating when a company can't even handle simple things like responding to emails or messages. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me, and I'm really let down by the whole experience. I definitely won't be buying directly from them again.
High-end item

I bought a dress at your store recently, but the zipper was broken. When I tried to return it, I was told that final sale items can't be returned. That doesn't seem right since a faulty product should always be eligible for return or exchange. I contacted customer service about this, but got a generic response sticking to the final sale policy without actually helping me. It's a letdown to not get personal attention and a proper solution, especially from a high-end brand like yours. I was surprised to see many negative reviews on Yelp and complaints on the BBB site echoing similar problems with your brand. It would have been good to know about these issues before I made my purchase.
Two items (Hibiscus pants, Taylor denim pants)
I bought two things from this brand not too long ago. Everything seemed fine at first, but then things went downhill fast. I sent one item back and got my money back right away. But the other item, the Taylor denim pants, still haven't been refunded. I've tried emailing and contacting customer service multiple times, but nothing. It's been a month and a half and still no refund. The lack of communication and customer service is really bad. I won't be buying from this brand again until they sort this out.

My time at that store was brutal. The customer service was non-existent. I took back something and never got my money back. It's not cool for a business to treat people like that. I'm never going back and I'd tell others to avoid it too.
Return Experience
Oh my goodness, seriously, don't, I'm telling you, don't buy from this online site, it's just a complete nightmare! I returned my items, paid the restocking fee, and it feels like forever since I sent them back and I still haven't received a refund! Their customer service is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. I do enjoy their clothes, but their team and policies are just a mess. I think I'll just stick with Nordstrom, you know, to be on the safe side.
My recent final sale purchase
Unfortunately, my recent final sale purchase was really disappointing. I've bought final sale items from this store before and been happy, but this time was different. The skirt I got had a zipper put in the wrong way, a clear mistake from the manufacturer, and the blouse was way smaller than the one I got before. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't really care and said final sale items couldn't be returned. It was only after I got my bank involved and showed them pictures of the messed up items that they finally took the charge off. It seems like they use the final sale rule to get rid of bad stuff to customers who don't know any better. This whole thing has me questioning the company's honesty and the Veronicas' dedication to customers.
