Great quality rave wear
The rave wear I got from here is awesome. It's really good quality and super comfy. The sizes were spot on, according to the measurements on the website. I've bought from here four times now and I can honestly say I'm a satisfied repeat customer who will keep telling others about this brand.
Comfortable and flattering rave fits
I recently bought some rave outfits from this store and I gotta say, they are the comfiest and most flattering rave clothes I've ever worn. The quality is unreal and the fits are spot on, like they were made just for me. I made a purchase online recently and needed to return it for a different size. I followed the website's instructions and sent three emails to customer service over two weeks to request the return and exchange. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of communication is really frustrating and disappointing. I just want better support and efficiency as a customer when dealing with returns and exchanges.
Long wait time
My experience with this company was just awful because I had to wait forever for my order. It took more than 3 weeks just for them to start shipping it out, which is totally not okay nowadays. The customer service did respond to me when I contacted them, and they did give me a refund quickly when I told them how frustrated I was. But it blows my mind that they could process a refund so fast but couldn't get my order shipped after 3 weeks. It feels like they're lying to customers about how long it'll take to ship, which isn't right and just not cool.

I can't believe this company had the nerve to charge extra for faster shipping and then not even deliver on time. It's been over two weeks since I made my order and I still haven't got it. Their customer service wouldn't give me back the shipping fees, saying it wasn't their fault. It looks like this is a regular thing for them, according to other folks' comments I saw on the internet. I'd steer clear of this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

I've been shopping at the store a lot lately and I got some really cool stuff. I bought some catsuits that fit perfectly and are made really well, a cozy mesh shrug set for sleeping, and a shiny skirt and shrug that are super reflective. The customer service folks were awesome and fixed a mistake with the print on my mesh shrug set, letting me keep the wrong one and sending me the right one quickly. Just a heads up, if you're thinking about the mesh shrug set in XS, you might wanna go for a small because the neck hole is a bit tight. But overall, everything fits great and matches the size guide they give you. So I definitely recommend it!
