BADINKA - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this company was just awful because I had to wait forever for my order. It took more than 3 weeks just for them to start shipping it out, which is totally not okay nowadays. The customer service did respond to me when I contacted them, and they did give me a refund quickly when I told them how frustrated I was. But it blows my mind that they could process a refund so fast but couldn't get my order shipped after 3 weeks. It feels like they're lying to customers about how long it'll take to ship, which isn't right and just not cool.

I can't believe this company had the nerve to charge extra for faster shipping and then not even deliver on time. It's been over two weeks since I made my order and I still haven't got it. Their customer service wouldn't give me back the shipping fees, saying it wasn't their fault. It looks like this is a regular thing for them, according to other folks' comments I saw on the internet. I'd steer clear of this company if you don't want to get ripped off.

Wow, these bodysuits are seriously amazing! The designs are super unique and eye-catching, and they fit my body so well. But I gotta say, the wait time for my order was brutal, especially living in Canada. It felt like forever before my package finally arrived, and I was starting to lose faith. However, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to and I had to email them twice just to get some information. It was not cool at all. Eventually, I did get my money back, but it was a lot of trouble. I would recommend shopping somewhere else to avoid the same hassle.

The tops I ordered for our stage performance came super fast and were even better than I hoped for. The customer service team was awesome to chat with and they shipped it out express. We tried them on for rehearsal the next day and couldn't believe how good they looked and felt. We were so into checking ourselves out in the mirror that it was tough to focus on practicing (haha).
