they weren’t. The stuff arrived okay fast enough, but the fabric was thin and kind of sad compared to the glossy pics. Colours were off, seams a bit sloppy, and it just didn’t sit right when I tried them on. I wear loud outfits a lot — practice for festivals, weekend gigs, that sort of thing — so I expected something sturdy, not something that felt like it would fall apart after washing once.
I contacted customer service because their return policy sounded straightforward on the site, but the reality was messy. They wanted me to ship the items back to a different country and I’d have to cover it — that killed the math for me. Back-and-forth emails, offers of store credit and discount codes to keep the pieces, and honestly, it felt like they were nudging me to just accept crappy stuff. After wasting time and screenshots and a lot of patience, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card to get anywhere. That actually worked eventually, so in the end I got my money back — relief, yes — but not before a pretty annoying process.
Would I recommend buying from them? Not really. If you’re on the fence like I was, maybe skip it or be prepared for a fight if the items don’t match the pictures.

I made a purchase online recently and needed to return it for a different size. I followed the website's instructions and sent three emails to customer service over two weeks to request the return and exchange. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them at all. This lack of communication is really frustrating and disappointing. I just want better support and efficiency as a customer when dealing with returns and exchanges.

I recently bought a pair of pants from your store. Sadly, I needed to ask if I could add something to my order, get credit for both items, or cancel my order and buy the items again. I was quite disappointed with the customer service I got. Even though I got a response in about 8 hours, it was short and not very helpful. They just told me my order was canceled so I could buy the other item. They didn't say anything about a refund or when I would get my money back. I didn't get a credit code or any info about how I would get my money back, so I felt like my money just disappeared.

I bought some festival clothes from this company and it was a huge mess. The stuff came late, didn't fit like they said it would, and when I tried to send it back, they wouldn't give me my money back, only store credit. They even changed their rules on the website after I called them out for being sneaky. Don't waste your cash on this company, eh!

I had such a great experience with their customer service team when I needed help with a return. They were super quick to respond and even sent me a free piece of clothing! I was totally shocked by how nice they were and now I definitely want to keep shopping with them. Every time I wear something from this brand, I get a ton of compliments.
