I enjoy shopping at this store cause they have really cool stuff that makes me feel fancy. The prices are good and I can return stuff if I decide I don't want it. They even have this cool thing called TLC cash and sometimes send me special deals. However, the service could be improved, like one time I tried to make an offer and it got denied, which was pretty annoying. But all in all, it's a great place to shop if you want to feel fancy!

So, my order was supposed to show up within 3 to 5 days, but here we are three weeks later and still no sign of it. They took my money right away, but didn't even give me a tracking number for my package. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but no reply after nine days. I even gave them a call, but all I got was a message saying to try again during business hours - which is exactly when I called. It's got me thinking, does this company even exist? Looks like I have no choice but to cancel my order through my credit card. Such a pain in the neck and super disappointing.
