Bowling shoes
I ordered a pair of bowling shoes from this store and they never showed up. The delivery was canceled and no one told me why. I tried contacting customer service, but there was no one around to help. It's just not right!
Fist visit experience with knowledgeable staff
My first time coming here was awesome! Vince, the guy working there, knew his stuff and was super helpful. He made sure to measure my hand right and walked me through everything. It was cool to understand why each measurement was important. I'll definitely be back again!
I bought a new bowling ball
Oh my goodness, this place is amazing! AJ and the people at this shop are fantastic! They know what they're doing and genuinely want to help, whether you're a seasoned bowler or just getting started. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone in need of bowling gear!
Rejoining bowlers, expert assistance, re-drilling balls
When we got back into bowling, Joe really helped us out. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right gear and that our balls were drilled just right. His expertise and focus on the little things really made our time there awesome. We're so thankful for all of Joe's amazing help.
Ball cracked first night
OMG, I just bought this bowling ball and it's already cracked! Can you believe it? I was really looking forward to using it and then boom, it's all cracked up. I can't even return it because it's already been drilled. This must be some sort of manufacturing problem, don't you think? I only used it for one night and it's already broken. Ugh, I'm super bummed about this.
Family bowling equipment purchase
We found our go-to spot for all our family's bowling gear at this shop. Tony at the Pro Shop here really knows his stuff. His expertise is clear every time we talk to him. He always takes the time to chat about what we want and make sure we're happy with what we get. Even though it's a 90-minute drive, we're happy to make the trip because we trust Tony completely. Bowling here is always a blast, thanks to Tony's great service.
Incorrect shoe size ordered
So I made a bit of a goof when I was ordering shoes online, and ended up picking the wrong size by accident. And then to top it off, I clicked on the return option instead of exchanging the shoes. But no worries, I sent an email to customer service and in no time at all, like 15 minutes, I got a reply with a shipping label to send back the shoes. I shipped the wrong pair back right away, and in just a week, my new order showed up. The shoes fit perfectly, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the service I got from the company. I totally recommend shopping with them for their amazing customer service and how quickly they handled everything.

I went to the store because I needed new bowling gear and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Casey, the staff person, really knew their stuff and helped me out big time. They answered all my questions and even re-drilled my bowling balls perfectly. When they didn't have the shoes I wanted, Casey found me some other choices to pick from so I could leave the store happy with my buy.
ball cracked, warranty issue, no time frame
I've been waiting for over a month now to hear about my cracked ball. I sent in all the pictures and info they wanted but all they keep saying is that it's a warranty problem. I asked for a timeline and a phone number to talk to someone, but all I got was an email saying there's no set time to get it fixed. It's really bugging me!

I've been away from bowling for a while but recently got back into it. I had to get new gear, so I went to this pro shop where Marty and Casey helped me out. They were so knowledgeable and professional, and they really listened to what I was looking for. With their help, I ended up with the perfect ball for my game. Father's Day Gift for Husband
My time at the BowlersMart store in Santa Fe was amazing! Makenzie, the Assistant Manager, was so helpful and knew a lot about bowling gear. He really went out of his way to help me find the right Father's Day present for my husband. Vince, the General Manager, was also great to talk to - he was friendly and funny, which made shopping there a fun time. I'll definitely be coming back to BowlersMart whenever I need bowling stuff again.
3 ball bag and a new spare ball
I recently bought a 3 ball bag and a new spare ball from this shop, and I'm really happy with them. The 3 ball bag came really fast, way quicker than I thought it would, and the spare ball also arrived promptly. They have a great variety of bowling stuff at this store, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good quality gear. Cheers!
New bowling ball
So, eh, I went and got me a new bowling ball from this shop, eh, and let me tell ya, it was a great experience. This guy, Nick, he took the time to watch me bowl a few games with my old ball to see how I roll, eh, and then he suggested the Hammer Scorpion as the best fit for me based on the hook I wanted. And, oh boy, was he ever right. Nick measured and drilled that ball perfectly, no adjustments needed at all. After one game with it, I could tell a huge difference in my performance compared to my old ball. Shows you the kind of expertise and attention to detail these folks have here.
Christmas gift purchase
My buddy and I went to the pro shop to buy a bowling ball as a Christmas present. My friend bowls for fun, but he never had his own ball, so I thought I'd surprise him. We didn't know where to start, but Todd at the shop was super helpful. He walked us through how to pick the right ball, considering my friend's style and likes.
