Incorrect shoe size ordered
So I made a bit of a goof when I was ordering shoes online, and ended up picking the wrong size by accident. And then to top it off, I clicked on the return option instead of exchanging the shoes. But no worries, I sent an email to customer service and in no time at all, like 15 minutes, I got a reply with a shipping label to send back the shoes. I shipped the wrong pair back right away, and in just a week, my new order showed up. The shoes fit perfectly, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the service I got from the company. I totally recommend shopping with them for their amazing customer service and how quickly they handled everything.
New bowling ball
So, eh, I went and got me a new bowling ball from this shop, eh, and let me tell ya, it was a great experience. This guy, Nick, he took the time to watch me bowl a few games with my old ball to see how I roll, eh, and then he suggested the Hammer Scorpion as the best fit for me based on the hook I wanted. And, oh boy, was he ever right. Nick measured and drilled that ball perfectly, no adjustments needed at all. After one game with it, I could tell a huge difference in my performance compared to my old ball. Shows you the kind of expertise and attention to detail these folks have here.
Christmas gift purchase
My buddy and I went to the pro shop to buy a bowling ball as a Christmas present. My friend bowls for fun, but he never had his own ball, so I thought I'd surprise him. We didn't know where to start, but Todd at the shop was super helpful. He walked us through how to pick the right ball, considering my friend's style and likes. Thanks to Todd, we found the perfect ball. He really knew his stuff and made the whole process easy and fun.
Father's Day Gift for Husband
My time at the BowlersMart store in Santa Fe was amazing! Makenzie, the Assistant Manager, was so helpful and knew a lot about bowling gear. He really went out of his way to help me find the right Father's Day present for my husband. Vince, the General Manager, was also great to talk to - he was friendly and funny, which made shopping there a fun time. I'll definitely be coming back to BowlersMart whenever I need bowling stuff again.
I bought a new bowling ball
Oh my goodness, this place is amazing! AJ and the people at this shop are fantastic! They know what they're doing and genuinely want to help, whether you're a seasoned bowler or just getting started. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone in need of bowling gear!
Rejoining bowlers, expert assistance, re-drilling balls
When we got back into bowling, Joe really helped us out. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right gear and that our balls were drilled just right. His expertise and focus on the little things really made our time there awesome. We're so thankful for all of Joe's amazing help.

I've been away from bowling for a while but recently got back into it. I had to get new gear, so I went to this pro shop where Marty and Casey helped me out. They were so knowledgeable and professional, and they really listened to what I was looking for. With their help, I ended up with the perfect ball for my game. I'm really pleased with the service I received and I definitely suggest them to anyone in need of bowling equipment.

I was super impressed with the service I got from this company. I ordered some bowling shoes and they sent me the wrong pair at first. But they fixed the mistake right away and sent me the correct ones within a day. They were really sorry for the mix-up and handled everything in a really professional and quick way. The shoes themselves were great quality and my whole experience was awesome, even with the initial hiccup.

I went to the store because I needed new bowling gear and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Casey, the staff person, really knew their stuff and helped me out big time. When they didn't have the shoes I wanted, Casey found me some other choices to pick from so I could leave the store happy with my buy.

I brought my bowling ball to get fixed at the bowling alley in Ontario. I had taken it to another shop before and they messed it up real bad. But Tony at this new place did an amazing job fixing it! He made it look brand new and it didn't break the bank. Now I'm hitting strikes all day long! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends who need their balls fixed.

I recently bought a 3 ball bag and a new spare ball from this shop, and I'm really happy with them. I went to the store on Saturday and it was a great experience. Casey was awesome, he helped my husband pick out a bowling ball and I found a new bag. The next day, he watched my husband bowl, explained everything, and quickly drilled a new ball for him. The service was professional, friendly, and honest. We are really happy and will definitely go back for more shopping in the future.
