I was a bit concerned about how hard it was to reach out for help with my order. There wasn't a phone number or a contact form available to ask questions about the amount of items I was getting versus what was advertised. The shipping cost ended up being more than I thought, and no free shipping was a letdown. I'll have to wait until my order gets here to see how the items fit and their quality before I can decide if it's all good.

I gotta say, I bought some big ol' t-shirts from this company and I am seriously impressed with how good they are. The fit is just right, the colors are bold and beautiful, and the fabric is super soft and comfy. Usually I go for shirts that are a bit thicker, but these are perfect for the summer. I really like the fact that the label on the collar is screen printed too, gives them a nice, clean look.<br><br>Only thing I was a bit bummed about was the packaging. They came in plastic bags, which wasn't ideal. I would have preferred if they weren't individually wrapped, or if the company used more eco-friendly options like paper bags.<br><br>All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and now I know where to go when I need some bright and fun clothes.

I got this awesome clock last year when I was in Switzerland, it's super stylish. But then the battery died and now I can't even set the time on it! When I reached out to customer service, they just gave me the address of their UK service centre. Not very helpful, eh? Now I have to pay to get it fixed, so frustrating!
