I just bought 5 things when they were on sale. The whole ordering thing went real smooth and I got my stuff super fast. When I tried them on, I realized I only wanted to keep 2 of them. Sending them back was easy-peasy and I liked that. I really like this brand and lots of my clothes are from them.

The customer service at this store is amazing, eh. Had a really good experience buying stuff and the staff was super helpful and friendly, you know. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase, but I do have a couple little things to nitpick about. The T-shirts I got are kinda too thin for my taste and a bit see-through, eh. And the medium support sports bra I got isn't as supportive as I thought it'd be - more for low-impact stuff, you know what I mean?

So I bought these leggings from this company and man, what a pain it was. Accidentally picked the wrong size, tried to contact customer support to fix it but they took forever to get back to me and by then it was too late. When I sent the leggings back for a return, it took them more than two weeks to even start the process. They said the item was out of stock, but the website still had it available. Then they tried to make up for it by giving me a "free shipping" code, like that would make a difference when they already offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Just frustrating, you know?

High-waisted leggings purchase
My experience buying those high-waisted leggings was pretty good. The buying part went smoothly and they arrived fast. But when I got them, I wasn't too happy with the material. It was too thick and ribbed for my taste. I knew what I was getting when I ordered them, but I really wish they had an option for an even higher waist in a smoother, thinner fabric.
Online order cancellation issue
It's really frustrating that my online order got cancelled because they thought it was fraud. Seems like lots of people are having the same problem. I tried talking to customer service but they couldn't fix it. Their suggestion to use a different number and email seems like it won't work. It's not good that they can't fix these issues quickly, it doesn't make the company look good.
Leggings
I recently picked up a pair of leggings from this store and I absolutely love them! They fit me so well and the fabric is incredibly soft. The only downside for me is that they're a bit too thin for what I usually prefer.
