    Phone order mishap

    I put in my order on my phone on December 6th, hoping it would get here by Christmas. But, to my surprise, when I looked into the status of my order, I found out that it didn't actually go through even though I got a confirmation on my phone. It's really a letdown since now there's a possibility that what I bought won't make it in time for the holidays.

    I was a bit concerned about how hard it was to reach out for help with my order. There wasn't a phone number or a contact form available to ask questions about the amount of items I was getting versus what was advertised. The shipping cost ended up being more than I thought, and no free shipping was a letdown. I'll have to wait until my order gets here to see how the items fit and their quality before I can decide if it's all good.

    Large clothing item

    As a customer at ADOR, I bought this big clothing item but it didn't fit me right. When I called customer service to get a return label, they wouldn't give me one and just wanted an exchange instead of a refund. I tried to explain but still couldn't get that label to send it back. It was so frustrating and now I'm just really bummed out about shopping at this company.

    I bought two coats from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed with how everything went down. I left a not-so-great review about my experience and the company actually replied asking for more info, even though I had already given it on their website. I didn't hesitate to give them the extra details they wanted, but they told me I'd get a refund by March 16th. Well, it's now April 8th and I haven't seen a penny. I thought paying with PayPal would make things quicker, but apparently not. Despite reaching out to them twice after their first response, I'm worried I might never get my money back.

    It was my first time ordering from ADOR and I gotta say, it was a bit frustrating. So, I started off with a couple of things in my cart, but when I took one out, poof, everything was gone. Then, I tried using this first-time customer code, but it wouldn't go through because apparently, it was only for brand new users, even though I hadn't even ordered anything yet. Other than these little hiccups, everything else was all good.

    So, like, I ordered something from this place before Christmas, eh? But guess what, it never showed up! They're trying to say my address was wrong, but seriously, I never have any issues getting stuff from other places. And now they expect me to pay more money to re-send it.     I'm actually really annoyed that I couldn't use the code Ador5 on my first order. It's so frustrating that I didn't get the chance to put in the code before my order was confirmed. Is there any way I can still use the code now that I've already placed the order? I would really appreciate it.

    Online purchase scam

    I recently got scammed while buying stuff online. It happened last November, and the website just vanished after taking people's money. Then it popped back up, still pulling the same shady business. It's so annoying and disheartening to see these scammers getting away with it and even acting like nothing happened. What's worse is they wiped out the order history of everyone they ripped off, making it super tricky to find them and get justice.

    Poor quality bras

    I bought some bras from this store and man, was I ever let down by what I got. They were so flimsy, no support at all! And don't get me started on the colour - looked nothing like the pics online. Trying to send them back? What a headache! The return shipping costs were ridiculous, way more than what the bras were worth. Overall, just a horrible shopping experience.

But they didn't say anything about giving me a full refund if I decided to cancel my order. It's really frustrating to see this lack of honesty and good customer service. It had been more than 14 days since I bought it, so I couldn't return it. I had to get another one in the right size, which was a hassle and cost me extra money.     These shoes are amazing, eh? I saw them online and just had to have them. But, you know, the whole process of getting them was kinda slow, eh?
