    I just got an email saying that my credit limit was being cut by a lot right away. I've been with them for over 5 years, always paying on time and using my card for big purchases. It was a surprise and felt really unfair the way they did it.

    So, get this! I ended up making a stupid mistake and accidentally bought a whole game instead of the DLC I actually wanted. Thought I was being all smart by using the auto-activation feature, but turns out I just activated a game I already had. Crazy, right? But get this, I reached out to customer support and guess what?     Reflective running tights for my daughter

    I gotta say, the subscription I signed up for was kinda disappointing. It didn't really offer much more than what you can find in regular news outlets. Plus, they renewed my subscription without telling me, and when I tried to cancel it, they wouldn't let me. It's just not cool how they're not being upfront and refusing to fix things. The content wasn't even worth the high price I paid for the subscription. It's just not right.

    Evo2 watch

    I got an Evo2 watch last year and just this week, it suddenly died on me. I reached out to the service center and they told me to send it in for repairs. So, I did that and then they hit me with a bill of £172 to fix the movement because apparently, the warranty didn't cover wear and tear on the strap. I was totally taken aback when they said they wouldn't fix it just because I actually wore the watch. This whole thing has left me super disappointed and fed up. They won't be getting any more of my business, that's for sure. Seems like they value style over quality and customer care.

If there was ever a problem with a product, even a long time after buying it, they quickly replaced it or gave store credit. The customer service reps are always so nice to deal with. Just recently, Samantha helped me out over email and she was quick and polite. I've also reached out to them through text in the past and had a great experience.
