Trendy clothing
I really love all the cool clothes they have at this store. Whenever I go, I know I'll find something special and fashionable to add to my wardrobe. The only problem is there are so many amazing options, it's hard to pick just one. Plus, the prices can be a bit high, so I can't get everything I want. I've been to a few different stores, and the staff has always been super nice and helpful, and they know their stuff. All in all, I've had a great experience with this retailer.

Hey there, I'm pretty fed up with companies that just can't seem to get it together. I mean, I put in my order a week ago, and guess what? It's still sitting there, not even dispatched yet. It feels like they're totally lost and have no idea what's going on. How can they promise fast delivery when they can't even manage to send out orders on time? It's honestly a joke. I have no idea if I'll ever get my stuff at this rate, and I'm really not happy about it.

Hey there, just wanted to let you know that my online order still hasn't shown up and I'm feeling pretty bummed about the lack of info on where it's at. I placed the order more than a week ago and it's been in transit since last Wednesday with no updates at all. I think it's important as a customer to get regular updates and clear communication about when my order will arrive. If it doesn't show up soon, I might have to think twice about shopping here again in the future.
Online order issue
This is so frustrating! After messing up my order before, I didn't think it could get any worse, but here we are. I placed my order on the 9th and was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Can you believe it? It's been longer than that and I still don't have my order. My account says 'In transit', but when I track it, I get 'no order with this number'. What kind of amateur operation is this? I've sent 5 emails and haven't heard back once. And don't even get me started on trying to call them - it's like talking to a wall. I'm so frustrated and done with this. I love the clothes, but the online service is a complete joke.

I'm really upset with the customer service I got at this store. My account has been locked for months now, and I can't make any purchases or use my credit. I've been emailing back and forth, but the problem still isn't fixed. The responses I've gotten are not helpful at all, and it's frustrating. I just picked up some clothes at this store, eh. Got me some coats, sweaters, and bags. I've been shopping here for like, 6-7 years now, but gotta be honest, the quality ain't what it used to be, ya know? The styles these days are kinda dull, not as flashy and bold as before. A lot of us ladies, me included, miss the old Desigual collections and hope they bring back those designs, eh.
Return issue
I'm so annoyed with the customer service from this company. I followed their advice on the website to return an item, but there was no return label in the package. Now I'm just waiting around for a response that feels like it's never coming. I gave them my order/return number, but there's still no solution in sight. And on top of that, I haven't gotten any email from them, even after checking my junk folder several times. This is not how you should treat customers, especially when they're trying to follow your return policy.
Returned merchandise
My experience with this brand has been really disappointing. I sent back a lot of clothes in October last year, but I didn't get my money back on my credit card until February, four months later. When I talked to customer service about it, all they offered me were discount vouchers to make up for the delay. I told them I wasn't happy with that and asked for a refund instead, but they said no. So now I'm out of money because of their bad service. This whole thing has really turned me off, and I can say for sure that I won't be shopping here again.

I've bought stuff from this company before and never had any problems until now. This time, everything was delayed - took almost two weeks from ordering to finally getting a delivery date from the courier. I'm really not happy with the service I got from this company. I ordered a floral dress more than two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it's shipping. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times by email and phone, but it seems like they're dodging me. It's really annoying to think I might have been ripped off by a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. I'm still holding out hope that they'll sort this out, but right now I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I went and bought a bunch of cool jackets and sweaters from that store, eh? But then when I had to send some back ‘cause they didn’t fit right, it was a total disaster, I tell ya! They said they only got one package back when I actually sent back four items! What a mess. Finally, they gave me a refund for one of the missing items after I showed them proof, but now they’re not even replying to my emails about the other missing refund. And I can’t even get through to anyone on the phone to help me out, eh. What a nightmare, I’m so frustrated!

This company is a complete disaster. They have terrible customer service and are obviously running a scam. I bought 4 things online and I had to return all of them, but I only got a refund for one item. I've been trying to reach their customer service for weeks, sending lots of emails and making a ton of phone calls, but I haven't heard back or gotten a solution yet. It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't got the right refund. Don't bother spending your time and money with this shady company.
