    I just had a terrible experience with my online order. The whole thing was a letdown and I ended up feeling really annoyed. The customer service was pretty bad and I had to get someone else involved just to hear back from them. And even after that, my order was late and when I finally got it, some things were missing. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I do a lot of shopping online, and I've dealt with many different stores, but my recent experience with this one has really let me down. The way they communicate with customers and handle customer service is just terrible. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times about a defective item I got, but I haven't heard anything back. They don't respond to calls, emails, or messages, which is pretty concerning. On top of that, their return process on the website doesn't seem to work, which makes it even harder to get any help. Overall, my experience with their customer service has been really frustrating and unhelpful.

    I had a really bad experience with this company, eh. The first time I ordered, everything went well, but the second time was a disaster, eh. It took over two months for my order to arrive, even though they said it was coming "soon". When it finally did show up, I only got 2 out of the 3 items I ordered, eh. To make things worse, the email confirmation said all 3 items were delivered, which was confusing and frustrating, eh. When I tried to contact customer service, it was so hard to get a response, eh. I had to threaten to involve my bank before they finally got back to me, eh. The customer service number was useless, no one ever answered, and my emails went unanswered until I sent multiple follow-ups, eh. Overall, a terrible experience and I would recommend others to steer clear of this company, eh.

    Faulty product purchase, refund request

    My experience with the company was really bad. I bought something that didn't work and I've been trying to get a refund for more than two months now, but no luck. I've called and emailed many times but haven't heard back from them at all. It's obvious that this company is not honest and is probably doing some shady stuff. I'm going to report them for their bad business practices.

    The product was really bad quality, and the price was way too high for what I got. The top's white lining didn't even match the bottom, which was super disappointing. Trying to return it was a complete nightmare because they wouldn't give me a refund. I'm still waiting for the $300 they said they'd give me. Overall, it was a terrible experience - don't support this company.

    I just bought some pants, a bra, and a top from this store not too long ago. I waited around for a month, but when my order finally arrived, only the pants were in the package. The receipt had the bra and top crossed out, and I was pretty confused and let down by that.     Online order of clothing

    I ordered some clothes online recently and I was really looking forward to it. But man, dealing with their customer service and delivery has been a huge letdown. I tried reaching out by phone and email a bunch of times, but I haven't heard squat about where my package is. The tracking info just says it's been chillin' in Miami for a whole dang week with no movement. This lack of communication and slow delivery is getting on my last nerve, especially now when we need stuff to arrive quick during the holidays. It sucks to see a company with such cute clothes drop the ball so hard on customer service and delivery. Honestly, based on my experience, I can't recommend them to anyone.

    Slow shipping and poor customer service

    I totally agree with everyone else, the shipping here is way too slow, eh. I mean, a shipping label was made ages ago and my order still hasn't been sent out. And when I try to reach customer service, I never get a call back even after leaving voicemails. The emails I send always get generic and not very helpful responses. I've had enough and had to take it up a notch by filing a case through my credit card to try and get my money back.

    Cargo pants purchase

    I just bought these cargo pants from this company, and man, was I let down by the size! They were way too big, even though the website said otherwise. So, I sent them back and asked for a smaller pair. But now, they're saying they don't do international returns and that they never got the pants back. Sounds fishy to me, especially since I paid extra for international shipping. I checked out other reviews, and it looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this nonsense. Their customer service is just terrible. I guess I'll have to get my bank involved to sort this mess out.

    I just bought some yoga clothes from this store and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. The material is super luxe and feels great on my skin, like a second skin almost. They have some really unique styles and colors that always catch people's eye and I get compliments every time I wear them. Although, one of the tops I got didn't fit quite right - the straps were too far apart and it was uncomfortable under my arms. But all in all, I'm really pleased with my buys from there and would totally suggest it to others.

    I recently picked up a pair of liquid leggings from this store, thinking it would be a nice addition to my activewear collection. But boy, was I let down. First off, I got hit with unexpected duties that weren't mentioned when I was checking out. Being a Canadian customer, this lack of transparency really irked me and ended up costing me more than I expected. On top of that, the sizing was way off, turning the return process into a whole ordeal. And let's talk about the quality – the waistband would not stay put during my workouts, and the material stretched out after just a few wears, even before I washed them! I was definitely expecting better quality for the price I paid.

    I was so excited when I received my order, but that feeling quickly disappeared when I tried on the leggings. The top was great, no issues there. However, the leggings were a different story. I followed the size guide perfectly, but they were too loose around the waist and thighs. I spent my entire workout pulling them up, which is the last thing you want to be doing while sweating it out. The medium size didn't work for my 5’8”, 160lb, curvy frame. Such a disappointment, seriously.

    Reflective running tights for my daughter

    Eh, so my daughter was over the moon about the reflective running tights I got for her! She thought they were super cool and different. And when we had to exchange them for a bigger size, the store staff was so friendly and efficient about it. Now she's out there happily running in her new tights, loving every minute of it. Gotta give props to this store for their top-quality products and amazing customer service, eh.

    Two pairs of pants at regular price

    I can't believe how dishonest this place was. I bought two pairs of pants at full price, and then they went on sale right after. When I tried to return them within the return window, they wouldn't let me. One of the pairs wasn't even on sale yet! I tried calling multiple times and even sent an email, but got no reply. The clothes were also really low quality. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs!

    My recent purchase from this company was a total disaster, eh? My order was delayed for a week and then it sat in Miami for another three weeks, ya know? So it ended up not arriving on time for a special birthday celebration, which was really disappointing, eh? And on top of all that, the order was missing items that were supposed to be included, eh? The whole thing has been super frustrating and now I have a pretty bad opinion of the company, eh?
