I just had a terrible experience with my online order. The whole thing was a letdown and I ended up feeling really annoyed. The customer service was pretty bad and I had to get someone else involved just to hear back from them. And even after that, my order was late and when I finally got it, some things were missing. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

They don't respond to calls, emails, or messages, which is pretty concerning. On top of that, their return process on the website doesn't seem to work, which makes it even harder to get any help. Overall, my experience with their customer service has been really frustrating and unhelpful.

It took over two months for my order to arrive, even though they said it was coming "soon". When it finally did show up, I only got 2 out of the 3 items I ordered, eh. I had to threaten to involve my bank before they finally got back to me, eh. Overall, a terrible experience and I would recommend others to steer clear of this company, eh.
