I do a lot of shopping online, and I've dealt with many different stores, but my recent experience with this one has really let me down. The way they communicate with customers and handle customer service is just terrible. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times about a defective item I got, but I haven't heard anything back. They don't respond to calls, emails, or messages, which is pretty concerning. On top of that, their return process on the website doesn't seem to work, which makes it even harder to get any help. Overall, my experience with their customer service has been really frustrating and unhelpful.

I bought a pressure washer from Amazon.ca, and I really liked it for about a year. But, when I tried to use it again in the spring, I noticed it was smoking and losing water pressure. I reached out to customer support, and a wonderful person named Sharmine Alcera made the process of getting a replacement super easy. I ended up getting an upgraded model, they transferred the warranty at no extra cost. It was frustrating that it failed in the second year, but the customer service really stepped up and fixed the issue. I'm happy with how the replacement was handled and would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
