Set of pants, bra and top
I just bought some pants, a bra, and a top from this store not too long ago. I waited around for a month, but when my order finally arrived, only the pants were in the package. The receipt had the bra and top crossed out, and I was pretty confused and let down by that. I tried contacting customer service to get some answers, but the response I got was not what I was hoping for. This whole situation has made me think twice about ordering from this store again.

I just bought some lacrosse gear from your store and honestly, I wasn't too pleased. The website was a bit confusing to use, customer service didn't really help me out, the prices were way too high for what you get, and it took forever to get my stuff delivered. I completed the TEFL course and decided to purchase the ICOES Digital Certificate on a Saturday. It's been 3 days now and I still haven't received it. The website instructed me to click on "Redeem Certificate" after making the payment, but unfortunately, that option isn't showing up on my account. I needed the certificate for a job application last weekend and now I'm starting to get concerned that it might be too late.
