Dewy skin cream
I've been a loyal customer for two years now and just ordered the dewy skin cream. When it arrived, I was surprised to find the box empty. I was pretty bummed out about it because I've always counted on this brand for good stuff. So, I reached out to customer service and was a bit shocked when they wanted a photo of the empty box. Come on, seriously? Isn't my word as a loyal customer good enough? I was hoping for better from a company I've been backing for so long.

Faulty item, customer service, out of stock
So, like, I had this really crappy thing happen the other day. The delivery person left my package outside in the pouring rain, and basically everything inside got all wet.
