I recently bought a Ghost concealment shirt in size XL from the store. But when I got it and tried it on, it was way smaller than I thought, hardly any stretch to it. The shirt barely covered my bellybutton, couldn't fit the armor as planned. Emailed customer service right away for a replacement, thinking maybe I got a dud. But my request got shot down, so disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing. Ended up having to get my credit card company involved and opened a dispute to get it sorted out. Left a bad taste in my mouth, wouldn't count on that 10-day return window being honored by the store, just a heads up for others.

AR500 Series plate set and Shooter's Cut plate carrier

So, I got myself the AR500 Series plate set and the Shooter's Cut plate carrier from your company not too long ago. Let me tell you, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on them and add them to my gear collection. But here's the thing - I stored those plates and the carrier in my gun safe for a good three years without even touching them. When I finally decided to use them, imagine my disappointment when I saw that the straps had basically disintegrated and fallen apart. Not cool, especially when you're counting on them to protect you in serious situations.
I got in touch with customer service to talk about this mess, and all they offered me was a puny 10% discount on another purchase. Like, seriously? That's not even close to being a proper fix for the shoddy quality of the product. Honestly, I'm starting to doubt those claims of yours about having top-notch vests.
