Unsatisfactory purchase experience
I was really disappointed with this company. Their return policy is so strict, most things you buy are final sale. The customer service was terrible, they didn't help at all. And their prices seem fishy - they start high and then drop to where they should be. That's why so many things end up as final sale, even if they're brand new and unopened. If you pay full price and want to return something, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. It feels kinda sneaky, I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I recently bought a watch roll from your company and chose Next Day Air (NDA) shipping for fast delivery. But I was disappointed when my order didn't get any updates on Monday afternoon. I emailed on Tuesday and found out it wouldn't arrive until 11/9, which wasn't in line with NDA shipping. I tried calling customer service but couldn't reach anyone, so I sent another email asking for clarification and saying I wanted to cancel and get a refund if it couldn't be shipped on time. The next thing I got was an invoice that seemed like an RMA, but I wasn't sure if my order was canceled and refunded or just delayed. I wasn't happy with the service from a company known for luxury products.

Camo watch display holder
So I ordered this Camo watch display holder, but when it arrived, it was the wrong item. Instead of my watch holder, I got some small, cheap women's jewelry box in a totally different color. It was a huge letdown, since I really wanted that display holder for my collection. And to top it off, the quality of the jewelry box was not great, especially for the price I paid. All in all, I was not happy with the product or the service, so I'd advise others to be careful when ordering from this company.

I was a bit worried about the Wolf Cub watch winder because the lock in cuff was too big for my watch. So, I contacted customer service and got a quick and helpful reply from Becky. She offered to send me a smaller cuff for free and it arrived the next day. The new cuff fixed the problem and now the winder works great with my watch. When I attempted to discuss the issue with someone, they completely ignored me! I will not be shopping here again, and I recommend that you don't either!
