I was really disappointed with this company. Their return policy is so strict, most things you buy are final sale. The customer service was terrible, they didn't help at all. And their prices seem fishy - they start high and then drop to where they should be. That's why so many things end up as final sale, even if they're brand new and unopened. If you pay full price and want to return something, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. It feels kinda sneaky, I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I just bought a bunch of espresso capsules from this company and man, was I surprised by how good they are! The coffee was full of flavor and each cup was so tasty. Plus, there were lots of different options in the pack so I got to try a bunch of different flavors and figure out which ones I like best. The packaging was top-notch and eco-friendly too, which I really liked. Overall, I was super impressed with everything and I'll definitely be buying more in the future.
