I just bought a coffee maker from this company, but it crapped out on me after only three days. I called customer service and was pretty let down by how clueless and unprofessional the reps were. Managed to get a replacement ordered, but then got an email saying it got canceled. This whole thing has made me so annoyed and unimpressed with their customer service.

I bought a coffee machine back in April 2022. I followed the instructions and did the descaling like they said. When the machine wouldn't turn on, I called customer service for help. They were all the way in the Philippines. They said they'd send me a new machine, but it never showed up. They blamed it on a system glitch and asked me to pay for shipping, which I did. But I never got my refund. It was such a frustrating experience with all these broken promises and lousy service.

I recently bought a coffee maker from this company, and let me tell you, I was not too happy with how things went down. The delivery was supposed to take 2-3 days but ended up taking 5-6 business days instead, even though it was supposed to be rushed. It took a bunch of back-and-forth emails just to get a coupon for a buy one get one deal after I made my purchase. And to top it all off, despite me giving them my buzzer number for delivery, they still ended up taking the package to the post office after a failed attempt to deliver it to my place. All in all, the service from this company was pretty disappointing if you ask me.

Ordering from Keurig for a mix of different flavoured coffee and a coffee maker was a great choice for us. We wanted to support smaller online shops like Keurig.ca instead of the big guys like Amazon or Walmart, and we were not disappointed. Despite the ongoing COVID situation, our order arrived surprisingly quick within 3 business days through Canada Post. Everything was packaged well and we received detailed tracking info to ease our minds as our order made its way to us. The range of flavoured coffee options was impressive, and the coffee maker itself was top quality. We're really pleased with our purchase and will definitely be shopping with Keurig again for all our coffee needs. We'll be recommending Keurig to our friends and family too!

My recent encounter with the customer service folks was a total letdown. I talked to three different reps in just one call, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing or care about helping me out. I was on the phone forever, and by the end of it, I felt so frustrated and like no one even listened to me. It was seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in ages. I definitely recommend avoiding this company if you want good, quick service.

I recently treated myself to a Keurig machine with a charcoal filter that cost me over $100. I thought it would be a great convenience to have in my kitchen. However, I haven't really used it much in the past 2 years, and now it feels like I just have a useless piece of plastic sitting around. The machine didn't live up to my expectations in terms of how long it lasted and how well it worked, so I'm pretty let down. From what I've gone through, I wouldn't suggest buying this product at all.

I recently picked up the KEURIG K-CAFE machine from a local store for $229.99. The frother stopped working properly after using it less than 10 times. I tried different types of milk like 1%, 2%, and 3%, but the issue kept happening. I was really disappointed because I was expecting better quality from this product. When I contacted customer service to ask for a return and refund, they replied quickly. However, instead of addressing my concerns, they just told me to watch a video. This was not only unhelpful but also frustrating. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for the broken machine. I wish I had read other reviews before buying it, as it seems many others have had similar bad experiences. In the end, I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this product or anything else from this brand.

As a new customer, I ordered some coffee back in February and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how quickly it got to me. Being out in Western Canada, I thought it would take a while since it was coming all the way from Ontario and there's been some delays because of Covid-19. But to my surprise, it only took a week to get to me, way faster than I thought. The service was top-notch and dependable, and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went with the delivery. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with how things went as a customer.

I recently bought a coffee machine from this company, eh. Gotta say, it was a huge letdown, ya know? I placed my order on December 17th, 2020, and even got a tracking number for it. But then, after waiting for days, I figured out that they never actually shipped it. I tried reaching out to their customer service through emails, messages, and phone calls, but I never heard back from them, eh. Felt like they were just ignoring me completely, eh. Honestly, dealing with them was like dealing with spam, eh. I'd warn everyone to be cautious before buying anything from there.

I bought the K-Cafe Special Edition and Carousel online on April 1, 2022 from their website. The site said I'd get it by Monday, April 4th, but after I paid it changed to 3-5 business days. I got an email with the order number and two tracking numbers, but one didn't work on the Intelcom site. When the order finally arrived, it was the Carousel, not the K-Cafe Special Edition. I reached out to customer service, but they couldn't give me a solution or timeline for fixing the mistake. Overall, pretty frustrating dealing with online orders and support.

I bought three coffee makers and some coffee pods online for Christmas presents, but I only got two coffee makers delivered. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix the problem, but all they keep telling me is they'll get a manager to call me back. It's been more than a month since I ordered in November, and now it's January 11th with no solution in sight. This is not okay - they should be handling this way better.

After using a coffee maker for years, the last one I bought was a total flop. I did everything I could to keep it in good shape, but it still had a slow drip and kept bugging me to descale, even after I did. Now, I can't even manage to make a decent cup of coffee with a single pod. It feels like a big waste of money and a letdown for something that was supposed to be top-notch.

OMG, so I was, like, telling them to stop with the spam emails 'cause I never even signed up with them, but they just kept sending me junk! Then they were all like, "Call customer service," and I had to wait FOREVER! And then, after that, they had the nerve to send me more spam saying thanks for signing up and trying to sell me stuff. So finally, when they did answer, and I asked them to stop the spam, they straight up just hung up on me! Like, for real, I'm gonna finish up the pods I have, but I am never buying from them again!

So, you know how I recently bought this new single serve coffee maker? Well, it decided to get all stuck in this descale mode and now I can't even enjoy a cup of coffee! I mean, the reason I got it was because I wanted a nicer looking design and I thought it would be super cool, but come on! It hasn't even been 2 months and it's already giving me trouble. I didn't even use it right away, I waited like a whole month, and now this happens. I've tried everything - using vinegar and water, carefully following all the instructions, but it's still stuck in descale mode! It's just so frustrating!

The Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker has been a huge disappointment for us. We decided to give it a second chance after the first one we got for our son stopped working after just 10 uses. He barely even used it! When we tried to turn it on, it was a no-go. We tried troubleshooting, but in the end, we had to toss it. So, we got one for ourselves, hoping for better luck. Nope, same issue - wouldn't power up. We watched all kinds of online tutorials, but no luck. Customer service wasn't much help either, just offering us a 20% discount on a new one, no repair or replacement option. It's frustrating to spend money on something that quits after only a few tries - definitely not worth it. We won't be buying this model again and suggest others avoid the Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker.

I recently bought both the Keurig Supreme and Supreme Plus models in December 2022, and let me tell you, it hasn't been smooth sailing. I've already gone through three units of each model, and all three decided to give me the "add water" error message even when they had enough water inside. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested changing the water tank, which just didn't seem right to me because the issue seemed more complex than that. The customer service rep I talked to was nice, but at the end of the day, these machines just weren't cutting it. Looking back, I probably should have gone with a Nespresso machine instead. I've heard they're more reliable and better quality compared to Keurig.

I've been getting coffee delivered by the same service for a while now, and at first, things were okay, nothing too crazy. It was pretty handy having it show up without me having to think about it. But once the pandemic hit, it turned into a real mess. I get that things were tough for everyone, but the customer service I had to deal with was just terrible. Every time I called, I got sent to some faraway call centre, and half the time my call would just drop with no fix to my problem. It was beyond annoying. And on top of that, the delivery folks would just leave my package in the lobby without even letting me know. I'd have to go find it myself. The whole lack of responsibility and the fact that they couldn't figure out simple problems left me super disappointed and frustrated.
