Auto delivery coffee
I've been getting coffee delivered by the same service for a while now, and at first, things were okay, nothing too crazy. It was pretty handy having it show up without me having to think about it. But once the pandemic hit, it turned into a real mess. I get that things were tough for everyone, but the customer service I had to deal with was just terrible. Every time I called, I got sent to some faraway call centre, and half the time my call would just drop with no fix to my problem. It was beyond annoying. And on top of that, the delivery folks would just leave my package in the lobby without even letting me know. I'd have to go find it myself. The whole lack of responsibility and the fact that they couldn't figure out simple problems left me super disappointed and frustrated.
