I put in my order on my phone on December 6th, hoping it would get here by Christmas. But, to my surprise, when I looked into the status of my order, I found out that it didn't actually go through even though I got a confirmation on my phone. It's really a letdown since now there's a possibility that what I bought won't make it in time for the holidays.

Just like everyone else, my package arrived late and I ended up having to ask for a refund after waiting for 3 and a half weeks. They did give me my money back, but I was kind of bummed that it didn't cover the duties and shipping fees. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them in the future.

Let me tell you, dealing with this company was a real headache. I ordered something and when it showed up, a key piece was missing. I reached out to customer service and would you believe they tried to brush it off as just a "misunderstanding"? Give me a break! This wasn't a misunderstanding, it was their mistake plain and simple. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even offer any help to fix things. It was really frustrating and just plain disappointing, if you ask me.
