I went to the store on Saturday and it was a great experience. Casey was awesome, he helped my husband pick out a bowling ball and I found a new bag. The next day, he watched my husband bowl, explained everything, and quickly drilled a new ball for him. The service was professional, friendly, and honest. We are really happy and will definitely go back for more shopping in the future.
