Camera bag purchase
I just bought a camera bag from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The quality is amazing, clearly made with pros in mind. I love the attention to detail and how durable it is. Camera bag
I just wanted to share my recent experience with this company's amazing after-sales service. The customer service team really went the extra mile to help me with a couple of problems I had with my camera bag. They were quick and efficient in resolving everything. Slide grip replacement
My replacement strap from Peak Design didn't hold up for long at all - the grip part wore out in less than 6 months. I get that they need to protect themselves from warranty claims, but I hope they can make the grip part more durable. I'm also waiting on warranty claims for my range pouch and field pouch, as the velcro isn't sticking properly anymore, leading to my battery and lens pouch falling out while I'm using them. Even with these problems, I do like the "no questions asked" warranty policy and would still think about getting more Peak Design products in the future if the quality gets better.
Car vent mount replacement
I had to reach out to customer service the other day because I misplaced a part for my car vent mount. They were super quick to get back to me and instead of just selling me the missing piece, they ended up sending me a whole new mount! The quality of their products is really top-notch, and their customer service was awesome.

I reached out to Peak Design, and they right away offered to swap it for the updated version at no cost. They even said they'd reimburse any customs fees, since I'm up here in Canada and sometimes shipments from abroad can have extra charges. Their dedication to making customers happy is seriously impressive. Peak Design has definitely got me hooked with their top-notch products and fantastic service.
