OverallI've been a customer of this company for a long time and have bought more than 20 products from them. I have to say, I've always been really impressed with the quality and how well each item works. They're innovative, tough, and well-made, which is great for my everyday needs. Also, I've had to use the lifetime warranty a few times, and every time, the customer service was amazing. The staff really went out of their way to help me with any problems I had and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I can't say enough good things about how much this company cares about their customers and the quality of their products.
