Returns & RefundsI recently got this awesome sling bag and I've been using it every single day. It holds all my stuff and looks really stylish. I've even packed it full a few times and it's held up perfectly. The rubber grip on the strap melted a bit due to the hot and humid weather here, but that's not a big deal. I filled out a form and got a brand new bag as a replacement. The service was top-notch, I must say!
