I tried so hard to enjoy this drink, but no matter what I did - tried different milks, sweeteners, everything - it just tasted awful. I asked for a refund, but they said no. I had to toss it because I couldn't force myself to drink it. All in all, a really bad experience with this product.

Hey there, I had to ask for a return because of health reasons and not being able to have caffeine. I was pretty let down by how the company handled it. They didn't seem very understanding or flexible about my situation, which was disappointing. It would be nice if companies took unexpected health issues into account when dealing with return requests.

As someone who really enjoys trying different tastes, I gotta say I was let down by the flavour of this mushroom drink. It really did taste like plain ol' "mud water," just as the name suggests. Even though I was let down, I thought I'd give it a shot and mix it into my coffee to see if I could still get some of the benefits from the mushrooms in there.

It always arrives super quickly after I pay for it. And when I made a mistake with my card information, the customer service folks were really nice and sorted everything out for me right away. I'm not sure if it's actually making a difference or if it's just in my head, but I always feel more alert after having it in the morning.
