Hey there, I had to ask for a return because of health reasons and not being able to have caffeine. I was pretty let down by how the company handled it. They didn't seem very understanding or flexible about my situation, which was disappointing. It would be nice if companies took unexpected health issues into account when dealing with return requests.

Ordering that mud drink was such a huge mistake. The customer service was just awful, they made me call my bank and the shipping error still isn't fixed. I ended up paying way more than I should have and I haven't even had a chance to try the mud drink. All those fancy marketing and empty words of welcome turned out to be total lies!

I thought the product was okay, but I was disappointed to find some gross sludge at the bottom of my cup. What really bothered me was getting a second container I didn't ask for or know about. It felt sneaky and shady. And the return policy was confusing and inconvenient, especially because I don't have a printer to get the paperwork. All in all, I wasn't happy with the whole situation.

So, I got this mug and it was totally not what I was expecting. I saw a bunch of people saying the customer service was terrible, and I was thinking, "No way, that can't be real right?" But man, I was so wrong! It's like talking to a wall when you try to reach out, they just completely ignore you. And the product itself? It's alright, I had to mix it with my coffee or plant milk to make it taste good. Honestly, I feel tricked by all those fancy social media posts. I won't be going back there, and I really hope they cancel my subscription now.

This place is only concerned about making money, they don't care at all about their customers. I purchased their product twice, and the second time, it made me so sick I thought I might need to go to the hospital. When I contacted them about the issue, they basically said tough luck because the product had already been opened. Can you believe that? They show no understanding or compassion towards their customers. They even had the nerve to suggest giving the contaminated product to a friend. Seriously? Do they have any sense of right and wrong? It's absolutely appalling behavior from a company that claims to value their customers. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly recommend others to steer clear as well.
