Server hosting
I recently got server hosting from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare. I set up the server a year ago, but I couldn't even use it. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I sent in a ticket and was told it was cancelled. But guess what? I'm still getting billed three months later. The support team's communication has been awful, and it's just been a frustrating experience overall. I highly recommend not using this service, it's just a waste of time and money. The website is a mess, not user-friendly at all, and it's a pain to navigate. The instructions for submitting a ticket are outdated and don't match what's actually on the website. I am so disappointed with the service quality I got from this company.

I just received my bobblehead and it looks totally off! I was planning to give it as a present, but now it's just gonna end up in the garbage. I tried fixing it 7 times, but no dice. They manufacture them in China and I don't think they understand English because they kept making it with white skin even though I specified dark skin. I even sent extra pictures and emails, but nothing. So frustrating! 💩

Face and neck masks
I just bought the face and neck masks from Currentbody US & Canada and I gotta say, I am super happy with them. After using them every day for just a week, I can really see a noticeable difference in my skin tone. It's way more even and glowing now. The instructions were easy to understand and follow, and I love that the masks are designed to be portable and come with their own storage bag for when I'm on the go.

Online order delay
So I made an online order not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, there was no way to talk to a real person right away to sort things out. I had to wait days just to get an email back about where my order was. And to top it off, I was told my order would be here by 4/10, but it didn't show up until 4/20. And even though they said they'd give an update on 4/20, they never got back to us. The whole thing was just a mess - waiting forever and then having slow shipping on top of it all. Just not a good experience overall.

Phone soap3 travel pre-pandemic
So I splurged on a PhoneSoap3 travel before all this pandemic chaos because I really wanted to make sure my devices stayed clean and germ-free. But wouldn't you know it, the thing stopped working in April, right in the middle of everything! I reached out to customer service and went back and forth with a bunch of people for weeks. I wasn't too happy when they said they needed to take my device to fix it - like, why couldn't they just send me a new one right then and there? Eventually, they did send me a new device, but it wasn't exactly the same model I originally bought. In the end, I guess I'm okay with how it turned out, even though it took longer than I wanted and I had to settle for a different model. I get that Covid probably threw a wrench in their plans, but still, not the greatest experience overall.

So I recently bought myself an instant film camera and let me tell ya, I am super impressed with how awesome it is. There's something about that old-school vibe of snapping a pic and right away having a real-life copy in your hands that you just can't beat. The lack of customer support is so frustrating! I've been having problems with my website and trying to contact someone for help has been impossible. I even reached out on social media but got no response. The technology on the platform feels outdated compared to others like WIX. After using this platform for ten years, I'm seriously thinking about switching to a different service.

Recent order issue
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. It seems like there have been some big problems with orders not getting shipped out lately. I've been a customer before and always got my orders on time, but my latest one still hasn't shown up after a few months. The fact that they haven't been very clear about what's going on is worrying, and it's sad to see the company's good reputation taking a hit like this.

Six puzzle cubes order, missing sticker sets
So I bought some new puzzle cubes online to add to my collection, eh. But when my package arrived, I found out it was missing the stickers I ordered. I got the six cubes I wanted, but there were no stickers in sight! When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful. They basically said I couldn't prove the stickers were missing. I was so frustrated with their lack of responsibility and refusal to fix the mistake. I feel like I got cheated for sure. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

I was totally impressed with all the different stuff they had on the website, and a bunch of it was on sale for super cheap. It was cool to see big name brands at half off. The whole shopping thing was easy and there were zero problems, plus my order arrived super quick. I think it's worth keeping an eye on the site for more awesome deals on good stuff.

I was beyond disappointed with my experience at Pickup Flowers, eh. I ordered some flowers for a special occasion, and let me tell ya, after two days of non-stop calling and bugging them, the flowers were finally delivered.
