    Phone soap3 travel pre-pandemic

    So I splurged on a PhoneSoap3 travel before all this pandemic chaos because I really wanted to make sure my devices stayed clean and germ-free. But wouldn't you know it, the thing stopped working in April, right in the middle of everything! I reached out to customer service and went back and forth with a bunch of people for weeks. I wasn't too happy when they said they needed to take my device to fix it - like, why couldn't they just send me a new one right then and there? Eventually, they did send me a new device, but it wasn't exactly the same model I originally bought. In the end, I guess I'm okay with how it turned out, even though it took longer than I wanted and I had to settle for a different model. I get that Covid probably threw a wrench in their plans, but still, not the greatest experience overall.

    The lack of customer support is so frustrating! I've been having problems with my website and trying to contact someone for help has been impossible. I even reached out on social media but got no response. The technology on the platform feels outdated compared to others like WIX. After using this platform for ten years, I'm seriously thinking about switching to a different service.

    Exceptional Customer Support

    My experience with the customer support at this service organization was amazing. I've dealt with a lot of companies before, but the support I got from this team was next level. I definitely suggest their services to anyone who needs reliable and effective support. Especially, the Customer Success Manager, Daniel, was outstanding in helping me out and making sure I was happy.

    Recent order issue

    Unfortunately, my recent experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. It seems like there have been some big problems with orders not getting shipped out lately. I've been a customer before and always got my orders on time, but my latest one still hasn't shown up after a few months. The fact that they haven't been very clear about what's going on is worrying, and it's sad to see the company's good reputation taking a hit like this.

    OAE Integrated Social Studies practice tests

    After having a tough time passing the Integrated Social Studies OAE exam with different study programs, I figured I'd give Exam Edge a shot. I got their practice tests and really put in the effort to work through 12 of them before giving the exam another go. And you know what? I actually passed the test on my second attempt! I'm so thankful for the support and resources that Exam Edge provided, they really made all the difference in helping me succeed in passing the exam.

    Got money back for delayed flight

    I was so surprised, but I actually got some money back for my delayed flight thanks to Airhelp! It was really easy to do, and I got paid super quickly. I never knew you could do this kind of thing before, but now I'm a believer. I would totally suggest giving it a shot if you're in the same boat.

    I was beyond disappointed with my experience at Pickup Flowers, eh. I ordered some flowers for a special occasion, and let me tell ya, after two days of non-stop calling and bugging them, the flowers were finally delivered. It was so frustrating to have to chase after something that should have been easy peasy, you know? Like, what a hassle, eh? It seems like there was some mix-up with their supplier, which isn't exactly confidence-inspiring when you're counting on a reliable service. I mean, yeah, they did eventually deliver the flowers, but all the stress and hassle totally overshadowed any good vibes. Overall, it was just such a letdown and inconvenience, eh.

    Shirt order refund

    I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got when I had to ask for a refund on a shirt that was totally different than what I ordered before. The rep I talked to was super nice and really understood my situation, and they got that refund processed real quick for me. Even though it wasn't totally their fault, they handled it like pros. As a regular customer, I'll definitely be sticking with them for sure.

    I just bought a linen sheet set, duvet, and duvet cover from this company, and I have to say, I am super impressed. The quality of their products is amazing, especially because I'm pretty new to the whole linen sheet thing. I accidentally got two duvet covers that were on last call, but when I got in touch with customer support, they were so helpful. They let me return the extra cover without any problems. Anytime I had a question, I got a quick and informative reply in less than 24 hours. It's important to remember that this company is happy to help, but they can't read minds, so make sure you communicate clearly. I've even recommended this company to my Mom, that's how much I trust them. They might not be the cheapest option out there, but the quality of their products is totally worth it.
