Phone soap3 travel pre-pandemic
So I splurged on a PhoneSoap3 travel before all this pandemic chaos because I really wanted to make sure my devices stayed clean and germ-free. But wouldn't you know it, the thing stopped working in April, right in the middle of everything! I reached out to customer service and went back and forth with a bunch of people for weeks. I wasn't too happy when they said they needed to take my device to fix it - like, why couldn't they just send me a new one right then and there? Eventually, they did send me a new device, but it wasn't exactly the same model I originally bought. In the end, I guess I'm okay with how it turned out, even though it took longer than I wanted and I had to settle for a different model. I get that Covid probably threw a wrench in their plans, but still, not the greatest experience overall.
Multiple Units Purchased
I've bought quite a few things from this company over the years, and let me tell you, their quality control is just brutal. Every time I get something, it's gotta be replaced because of some kind of issue. It used to be okay though, 'cause even though the products weren't great, their customer service would always come through and send me a new one. But now? Forget it. The customer service is absolute garbage, it's like they don't even exist anymore. I sent in my busted 3-month-old HomeSoap for a replacement, and I haven't heard a peep from them since. Took 'em two weeks just to answer my first email, and now it's like they've disappeared off the face of the planet. This lack of communication and service is not cool at all. I'm super disappointed in how they've handled this whole situation.
Preordered PhoneSanitizer, waited forever
I was super stoked to get my PhoneSanitizer, but man, it took forever to get here! I preordered it way back in April and was told it would ship in July, but they just kept delaying it. I reached out to them a bunch of times, and every time, they had some kind of excuse. Finally, they said it was on its way, but the tracking info was all messed up! My daughter ordered hers and got it within a week, but mine is still nowhere to be found. Not cool at all.

Eh, so I preordered this cool gadget and was supposed to get it in May 2020, but it never showed up! I contacted customer service and they were polite, but they never really explained what happened to my order. They ended up giving me a refund, which was nice, but I just wish they had been straight with me instead of blaming it on the whole Covid situation, you catch my drift?
Phone sanitizer
I bought a phone sanitizer from this company not long ago and gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. Sure, there were some hiccups in getting it made and shipped, but once I got my hands on it, I was impressed by the quality. It does a good job cleaning my phone, and it's nice to know that all those germs and bacteria are getting the boot.
Phonesoap Pro from black Friday sale 2022
I just bought something on sale for Black Friday from an online store. They told me I was getting a Phonesoap Pro, but when it arrived, I got a Phonesoap Basic that was all scratched up. I tried to contact customer service, but they never got back to me. The live chat kept saying to wait for 2 hours, but it's been a whole week and still no solution. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by this whole situation.
PhoneSoap Go UVC light sterilization device
I gotta say, I got myself the PhoneSoap Go UVC light sterilization gadget and man, it blew me away with how professional and top-notch it is. It showed up right when they said it would, all wrapped up nice and tight. The design is super slick and the materials they used are top-notch, way better than I expected. And let me tell ya, that lifetime warranty on the UVC bulbs is a game-changer, knowing I'm covered for the long haul. They even threw in a storage pouch and silicone tab for extra safety, you can tell they really thought about everything here. The only downside is that 10-minute timer cycle, might not be long enough based on recent SARS-CoV-2 studies. But overall, I'm one happy customer and I'm thrilled with both the product and the company.
UV Smartphone Sanitizer
This smartphone sanitizer was good at first, but after using it for about 9 months, it just stopped turning on out of nowhere. The company's warranty said they had three ways to fix it, but when I asked for a refund like they promised, they only offered to replace it. It was pretty disappointing, to be honest.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with ordering a phone from this company. It's been a pretty frustrating journey, to say the least. It's been months since I placed my order, and still no phone in sight. Every time I reach out to customer service, it's like a different excuse each time and they never take responsibility. The responses to my emails are snail-paced and the people I've talked to on the phone, especially Sophia and Jessica, have been downright rude. It's pretty disappointing to see the lack of care from this company, especially when the supervisors haven't even bothered to get in touch with me about the problem. Overall, this whole situation has been a huge letdown and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

I recently bought a PhoneSoap 3 device from their website and it was a total disaster. Right after I made the purchase, they charged my credit card twice - once by PhoneSoap and then another charge at an Office Depot in Dallas, Texas that I definitely did not approve. That made me cancel my credit card right away because of the unauthorized charge. When I reached out to PhoneSoap about this problem, they didn't really give me a good explanation and just suggested cancelling my order. I ended up cancelling my order and I'm really disappointed with how they handled the situation. I wouldn't recommend buying from them after this experience.

I'd had my phone sterilizer for almost 2 years when it started acting up. So, I contacted customer service and got in touch with this lady named Daphne. Let me tell you, she was super nice and really knew her stuff about the product. Daphne patiently walked me through fixing the problem and went the extra mile by setting me up with a new unit, even though it was right outside the warranty. I was blown away by the top-notch customer service from PhoneSoap.

I picked up this really neat phone sanitizer that I saw on TV and it was awesome at first but stopped working after a few months. I even grabbed another one at a discount but it didn't last much longer. It's a great concept, but I wish it was made with better quality.

International Purchase for Gift
I recently bought a gift from your website that turned out to be quite a headache. The product I got came with a US plug, which was a surprise since I wasn't told beforehand that only US plugs were an option. This led to me having to scramble to buy an adapter to use the product with my UK outlets. It's not just annoying, but also potentially unsafe to use adapters that aren't tested properly. So, please, make sure to give clear info on plug compatibility for international purchases to avoid this mess in the future. Thank you.

Haha, no issues with the ordering process, it was super simple. But man, don't even get me started on the service. It's been a whole week and they still haven't gotten back to me on this question I asked. Like, really? If the product turns out awesome, maybe I'll reconsider my rating.
