I just bought a pair of shoes from this company, and I'm pretty disappointed with how they turned out. They cost way too much and feel super cheap. I wouldn't suggest getting anything from this company.

I just bought something on sale for Black Friday from an online store. They told me I was getting a Phonesoap Pro, but when it arrived, I got a Phonesoap Basic that was all scratched up. I tried to contact customer service, but they never got back to me. The live chat kept saying to wait for 2 hours, but it's been a whole week and still no solution. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down by this whole situation.

I bought a sauna blanket from this company not long ago and at first, I was really happy with it. But then, after using it for just over a year, the blanket ended up melting. I contacted customer service, hoping they could help me out, but they told me that since it had been over a year, the warranty didn't cover it anymore. I was really surprised and upset by their response, especially because the blanket was fairly expensive. This whole situation left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the lack of help I got.

I was really bummed out by how long it took for my online clothing order to ship. It took over a week just to get it out the door! I've heard some pretty sketchy stuff about how this company runs things, which definitely made me think twice about buying from them. Even though the clothes are cute and good quality, my whole experience was just kind of meh.
