    Refund for faulty device

    The thingamajig I bought from this place turned out to be defective, but the customer service team was so quick to help me out and give me a refund. Gotta say, their customer service is amazing - speedy, helpful, and super nice. Even though there was a problem, I'm happy with how they took care of it.

    Steam experience purchase

    I just went for a steam sesh at Higher DOSE and it was amazing! The place was spotless, the staff were super nice and informative, and the vibe was so chill. The steam itself was so detoxifying and I left feeling like a whole new person. I totally recommend it to anyone needing to relax and destress.

    Unsatisfactory customer service

    I'm really upset with the customer service because they haven't gotten back to me about my return. I've sent a bunch of emails but I haven't gotten any help on how to go about returning my item. It's frustrating as a customer to not have clear instructions when trying to return something, especially when it's an expensive item. The lack of communication and support from customer service makes the company look bad and shows that they're not really devoted to giving good service to their customers.

    Sauna blanket purchase

    I bought a sauna blanket from this company not long ago, but it ended up being defective, eh. I tried contacting them through email and social media, but they never got back to me, which was super disappointing, ya know. They had promised to be responsive when I bought the blanket, so this lack of communication wasn't cool. My overall experience with this company was pretty bad, so I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else, eh.

    Sauna blanket, warranty issue

    I bought a sauna blanket from this company not long ago and at first, I was really happy with it. But then, after using it for just over a year, the blanket ended up melting. I contacted customer service, hoping they could help me out, but they told me that since it had been over a year, the warranty didn't cover it anymore. I was really surprised and upset by their response, especially because the blanket was fairly expensive. This whole situation left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the lack of help I got.

    Infrared Mat never shipped out

    So, ya know, I ordered this super cool Infrared Mat back in December, but can ya believe it? It still hasn't been sent out yet! They told me I'd get a tracking number by the end of February, but here we are at the end of February and still no sign of my Mat. All I want is my amazing Infrared Mat, is it really too much to ask for? I've requested a refund now, so let's see how long that's gonna take.

    I recently ordered a big bundle from this company and I have to say, I was super disappointed with the whole process. So basically, after I made my purchase, I never got a confirmation email for my order. I felt a bit worried that maybe my order didn't go through. Instead, I got two emails all about their products and the founder, which, don't get me wrong, were interesting, but not what I was looking for. When I checked my credit card statement, I saw that they had charged me, which just made things even more confusing. About a week later, I decided to reach out to the company to ask about my order and I requested either they deliver it within the next week or cancel it because I was gonna be away for 10 days. Sadly, they didn't cancel my order and I got an email saying it was on its way, scheduled to arrive while I was away. Thankfully, after going back and forth a bit, they managed to send it back to the warehouse. But somehow, two parts of the order still got shipped, even though I asked for it to be cancelled. Their communication was kinda all over the place, with no phone number or email to contact, just a customer service chat. I can't really comment on the quality of the product since I never got it, but just going through the ordering process was terrible and I'm not impressed. I'm just glad I was able to cancel my order and avoid any more issues. If this is how they deal with orders, I can only imagine how bad it would be if there was a problem with the product. I feel sorry for anyone else who's thinking of ordering from them.
