Recent purchase experience
I recently bought a couple things from your website and had some big problems with the shipping and customer service. Even though the website said my order should arrive in 4-10 days, one of them took longer. When I reached out to customer service a few times, I got answers that didn't take responsibility and didn't offer any helpful solutions for the delay. This whole situation made me feel like my business wasn't important and I was pretty disappointed with the service I got.
