Every time I get something, it's gotta be replaced because of some kind of issue. It used to be okay though, 'cause even though the products weren't great, their customer service would always come through and send me a new one. But now? Forget it. The customer service is absolute garbage, it's like they don't even exist anymore. I sent in my busted 3-month-old HomeSoap for a replacement, and I haven't heard a peep from them since. Took 'em two weeks just to answer my first email, and now it's like they've disappeared off the face of the planet. This lack of communication and service is not cool at all. I'm super disappointed in how they've handled this whole situation.

Despite the salesperson promising quality and lifetime service, I was really disappointed by the lack of help from the Customer Service department. When I contacted them about the issue, they asked for lots of photos of the zipper and coat, only to send me the wrong size zipper after waiting a long time. Not only that, when I pointed out that the code on the attachment didn't match, they gave excuses instead of fixing the problem. And to make matters worse, they only offered me a measly 10% discount for a future purchase that I'm not planning on making. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.
