Unsuccessful delivery and poor customer service
I recently placed an order with this store, but sadly, my package never showed up. It was a letdown, especially because I've ordered from them before without any problems. When I reached out to their customer service about the missing delivery, it was like my emails just vanished. It's too bad because I genuinely enjoy their products and the items I did get were super cute. It's frustrating to have a bad experience after being happy with their service before.
