Birthstone ring November
So, I picked up this really nice birthstone ring back in November, right? And get this - one of the stones already fell out! Can you believe it? I mean, come on! It's not like this ring was some super cheap thing. I'm totally bummed out about it!
Sapphire flex cuff bracelet
I bought a sapphire flex cuff bracelet from this store and I was really disappointed with the quality. In just one day, one of the sapphire stones fell out while I was wearing it. I reached out to customer service and initially, I was happy to hear that the item was covered by warranty. But when they sent me a replacement bracelet, I noticed that it was also missing a sapphire stone. I would advise against buying any flex cuffs with gemstones from this store.
I also got an engraved bracelet that can't be exchanged or returned because it was personalized. It cost around $50, so I was expecting better quality. The engraving is hard to see and the metal with the engraving feels really thin.Cross clip bangle purchase
I tried to leave a review on the website but couldn't, the star ratings are wrong, really let down by the product's design and quality, and can't even return it where I live.
Silver bracelets
I bought a couple of silver bracelets from this place not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really disappointed. They seemed nice and shiny when I first got them, but after wearing them for a bit, they started to tarnish and lose their sparkle. I tried cleaning them, but it didn't help at all. It was like I might as well have been wearing some cheap costume jewelry from the bargain store. It's pretty sad that they're asking for so much money for such low-quality stuff. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on jewelry that will actually hold up.
Bracelet purchase
So, I got these five bracelets back in February, but just my luck, one of them ended up breaking after only wearing it a couple of times. I filled out a form on their website with some clear pics of the broken bracelet and they sent me an email promising to get in touch, but they never did. I've tried calling them three times now, but all I get is a message telling me to email them - can't even leave a voicemail. I've sent them three emails in total, but only got one response.
Bracelet charms falling off, tarnished coating
So, I bought this bracelet and it was super cute when I got it, but then the charms just started falling off out of nowhere! Plus, the coating got all tarnished and started coming off, so now it looks super gross and I can't even wear it anymore. Like, what's even the point of having it if it looks like that? Just saying!
2 bracelets, priority shipping
I bought 2 bracelets on December 16th with priority shipping and paid $11 for it. I got an email saying the shipment was ready but still haven't received the bracelets. I tried calling but no one picked up. I think using Amazon Prime would be a better option.
Cute bracelets
I've always had good experiences with this store. The bracelets are really cute and always come on time. I like how they pay attention to little things like the packaging; the drawstring bag and customized gift tags make each order feel special. I've bought these bracelets as gifts for my friends and family, and they always love them. It would be nice to see prices in Canadian dollars and check stock at Canadian stores for easier shopping, but it doesn't change how much I trust the brand. In general, the delivery has been dependable and I'm happy with it.
Bracelet in silver
I ordered from this company for the first time, and for sure it will be the last. Their online system kept declining my card, even though I had enough funds. When I contacted customer service, the lady I spoke with was unprofessional and not helpful. She didn't even think about the problem being on their end - she just told me to call my bank. After talking to my bank, they said the issue was with the company's system. This kind of customer service is not okay and I won't be shopping here again.
Jewelry
I've had a bunch of bad experiences with this company. They keep canceling my orders way after I placed them, saying they're out of stock. It's been super annoying and disappointing. Their customer service is really unprofessional - just sending generic emails that don't help at all. Dealing with this company feels like a total waste of time.
bracelets for gifts
I bought some bracelets to give as gifts, and I even shelled out extra for fast shipping. But man, was I ever let down when my order didn't even get started until the day it was supposed to show up. It ended up taking an extra 3-4 days, so my gifts were super late. I tried to cancel and get my money back, but it was a pain in the butt. After all that, I totally wish I had just gone somewhere else. I won't be ordering from there again, that's for sure. It was a pricey mistake to learn from.
Multiple bracelets, gifted as presents
I got a bunch of bracelets from this store and gave them as gifts to friends and family. The style and design are awesome and they look amazing when worn. But I've had some problems with the charms because I ended up losing three of them. One time, one of the charms was a gift and when I went to the store for help, they didn't do anything and wouldn't help out. Even though I had a card to track my purchases, they said no to replacing the lost charm. Plus, the wire holding the charms seems weak because my mom's bracelet broke in half and my daughter's dog paw charm fell off right after getting it as a Christmas present. The prices of these bracelets have gone up a lot over time, which makes the lack of quality control even more frustrating. I have a Keith Haring bracelet that I really like, but I'm scared to wear it in case I lose another charm. I hope other customers have better luck with their purchases than I did.

I got these bracelets, hey, and I was so pumped to wear them. But, like, when they finally showed up, it took forever and one of them wasn't even in the package! I tried calling them so many times but they never picked up. Just awful, hey.
Bracelet with army charm
I bought a bracelet with an army charm on it from the store while on vacation, but within a week, the charm fell off and the gold coating tarnished, revealing a brass color. The lady at the store told me the bracelet wouldn't tarnish, but that was obviously untrue. I was really let down by the quality of the product, especially for the price I paid. I won't be buying from this brand again.
My new bracelets
I found these really cute bracelets on sale, it was such a good deal! But when I tried to buy them, the prices went up and I was really frustrated. I reached out to Customer Service for help, but they were absolutely useless. They told me I couldn't purchase the sale items together and wouldn't allow me to place separate orders without doubling the shipping costs. Such a rip-off! I ended up canceling my order because I was so disappointed. It's not right to deceive people like that, it should be against the law!

I just got this silver bracelet and honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The quality isn't what it used to be, and it wasn't even that great to begin with. The bracelet was stiff and hard to adjust, and the charms were just okay. The metal felt different, like they switched to a cheaper one. I don't think I'll buy more, you can get better deals on Poshmark, eBay, and Mercari. Once you take the tag off and wear it, it's basically worthless. They talk about positive vibes and being made in the USA, but they tarnish way too easily, it's like they're from the dollar store!

I bought a bracelet on November 26th and got a tracking number on November 27th, eh. But I waited for weeks and there were no shipping updates, so I contacted customer service for help. Sadly, I didn't get a reply to my question, instead, I got a refund on December 18th, right before Christmas. I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the whole ordering and delivery process, eh.
Bracelet purchase
I just bought a bracelet from an online store and I'm really not happy with their service. The tracking info for my order has been stuck on "acceptance pending" since May 5th, even though I placed the order on April 30th. I was supposed to get the bracelet by May 12th, but now I have to wait until the 17th and I'm worried it still won't come on time. It looks like other people have had the same problem based on the bad reviews I've seen, and now I wish I didn't buy from this store. I won't be shopping there again.
