I just bought a bracelet from an online store and I'm really not happy with their service. The tracking info for my order has been stuck on "acceptance pending" since May 5th, even though I placed the order on April 30th. I was supposed to get the bracelet by May 12th, but now I have to wait until the 17th and I'm worried it still won't come on time.
