Winter jacket
OMG, I got the best winter jacket from here, and it's super warm and comfy! I wore it outside to play in the snow, and I didn't even feel cold. The pockets are big enough for me to keep all my snacks in, and the hood is so fluffy. My friends keep asking me where I got it because it looks so stylish. I love it so much, best purchase ever!

Fake socks purchase
Hey everyone, so I bought these fake socks online and it turned out to be a total scam! I received a notification that they were available for pick up in Chicago, but then didn't hear anything for weeks. When I eventually contacted them, I got a strange email that was half in English and half in Chinese - so confusing! And when the package finally arrived, the socks were clearly fake! I tried to send them back for a refund, but they expected me to cover the cost of shipping all the way to China. No chance!

bracelets for gifts
I bought some bracelets to give as gifts, and I even shelled out extra for fast shipping. But man, was I ever let down when my order didn't even get started until the day it was supposed to show up. It ended up taking an extra 3-4 days, so my gifts were super late. I tried to cancel and get my money back, but it was a pain in the butt. After all that, I totally wish I had just gone somewhere else. I won't be ordering from there again, that's for sure. It was a pricey mistake to learn from.

Briefly purchased white underwear in a pack.
The company doesn't offer free shipping, which sucks. The selection on the website is pretty limited, and only some stuff is available, which can be annoying for customers. Including white undies in the bigger packs is kinda pointless and not really what most customers want. It also seems like the company and its retailers aren't talking enough, especially about having the right sizes in stock. All in all, the whole experience wasn't great.
