    Dissatisfied with customer service

    I've been a loyal customer here for a while now, but I gotta say, the customer service really sucks. Every time I've had issues with my orders and tried to get help, no one picks up the phone. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be left hanging when you need support. I'm thinking of going somewhere else for my business because of this ongoing problem.

    I just bought a pair of Converse Shearling shoes from this website and honestly, I was so let down. The shoes I got in the mail were nothing like what I saw on their site. They were low quality and looked nothing like the Converse shoes I saw in person last weekend. It's really annoying that I can't even get a full refund - they only offered me store credit. I really wish I could give them no stars at all.

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered those stylish shoes online, eh, and they ended up taking forever, like, 3 whole months to arrive! And then, guess what? When they finally got here, they were totally not what I was expecting! They were supposed to be all cute and trendy, but they were super ugly and uncomfortable, eh. What a bummer!

    Hey everyone, so I bought these fake socks online and it turned out to be a total scam! I received a notification that they were available for pick up in Chicago, but then didn't hear anything for weeks. When I eventually contacted them, I got a strange email that was half in English and half in Chinese - so confusing! And when the package finally arrived, the socks were clearly fake! I tried to send them back for a refund, but they expected me to cover the cost of shipping all the way to China. No chance!

    I just bought some shoes online and it turned out to be a pretty bad experience. After I ordered them, I didn't really hear anything about when they would arrive. It took three days for anything to happen with my order and I didn't even get any tracking info. When I asked customer service what was going on, they told me there were delays because of some system updates, but couldn't tell me when my shoes would be sent out. They also wouldn't let me cancel my order. It was all really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this website for buying shoes to anyone.

    Boring boots for my mom

    I ordered some really boring boots for my mom from this online store, and let me tell you, they were just terrible! I called so many times asking for a tracking number, but they never gave me one. And don’t even get me started on their customer service - it was just awful. Then, on the day they were supposed to arrive, the status changed to “canceled” and I didn’t even get an email about it! It totally ruined my Presidents Day sales shopping plans! They said they were out of stock, but guess what? They still have them listed for sale on the website. Avoid shopping from this place at all costs, it’s honestly the worst!

    Hey there! So I recently bought a pair of Desert Boots from Onlineshoes for the first time, but they turned out to be a bit too snug for me. I've been trying to send them back, but it's been a bit of a struggle to get a return label. I contacted customer service to ask them to send one my way, but I'm still waiting on that. After reading another review mentioning the same issue, I'm starting to think this might be a common problem with this company. I'm thinking of just giving away the shoes and checking out a different website that's more reliable and quick with returns. My time is valuable, and I can't be wasting it on a company that can't even handle simple return requests.     I ordered three pairs of boots from this company, and I gotta say, it was a total disaster from the get-go. The first pair never showed up because they messed up the address big time. When the second pair finally arrived, it wasn't even the right size. Trying to swap it out has been a major headache and super frustrating. And then, to add insult to injury, the third pair was all messed up too. It's obvious to me that this company doesn't give a hoot about keeping customers happy or coming back for more. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and save time, but I've spent more time sorting out these orders than all my other online buys combined. I really should've checked out the reviews before hitting that 'buy' button. So, learn from my blunder and steer clear of this company, eh?
