I used to really like this company, but my last interaction with them left a bad taste in my mouth. They hit me with unexpected fees and their customer service was seriously lacking. Their website didn't give me all the info I needed on restocking fees and I never got my shipping fee refunded after returning an item. To top it off, I couldn't even swap out my item for the right size. I'm pretty bummed out and won't be shopping with them again.

I bought a pair of shoes on sale from this online shop not long ago. They got here fast, but they didn't fit me when I tried them on.
