When I asked about a refund for the first pair, they said it would only take 1-2 days. But then, I was told via email that it would actually take 12-15 days. Every time I call them, it seems like the wait time just gets longer because nobody picks up. I shot them another email, mentioning that I'll have my credit card company stop the payment if they don't sort this out.
