Wort, Excel, Outlook Probleme
My laptop was working perfectly fine until I spoke with a technician and gave him access. After that, nothing was working properly. Despite having a yearly contract, the problem couldn't be fixed. Total scam!
Reverse Phone Check subscription
I just got a subscription for Reverse Phone Check so I could find out who's calling me from unknown numbers. I was pretty stoked at first, but then I realized the service wasn't all it was cracked up to be. The database seemed old and didn't give me accurate info for most of the numbers I looked up. It was annoying to pay for something that didn't do what it said it would.

As a customer, I gotta say the service from this company was pretty good. People getting all worked up and confused probably just don't get how online shopping works. You gotta make sure to read and understand what you're getting into before you buy anything. The company seems to be pretty honest and fair in their business practices.

I bought something from this company not long ago and was totally surprised to see that they charged me $40 extra. And to make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service to sort it out, they straight up ignored my emails. Feels like I got scammed and I'm super disappointed at how unprofessional and unaccountable they've been.

I tried to cancel the automatic subscription renewal but no luck, so I emailed them instead. Hopefully, they got the message. The link they gave me is not working, super annoying. Oh well, I can always cancel my card at least!
Got charged for software license auto-renewal scam
I was just surfing the internet and boom! I saw a charge on my PayPal for a software license auto-renewal that I never even signed up for! Like, what's up with that? Not cool at all. I've heard about this scam happening to other folks as well, so be careful out there!

It's so frustrating! They make you renew the subscription every 6 months. They don't let you cancel through email, only by phone and no one ever picks up. Plus, they only want to communicate in English but send the contract in Italian!
PC CLEANER software malfunction

But then, when I restarted my PC like it told me to, it wouldn't start up again. I had to get help from a tech person to do a system restore, but that meant losing a bunch of important stuff. But how can you show proof when your computer isn't working, and everything got erased during the restore? This whole situation has been super frustrating for me, eh.
