I just got a subscription for Reverse Phone Check so I could find out who's calling me from unknown numbers. I was pretty stoked at first, but then I realized the service wasn't all it was cracked up to be. The database seemed old and didn't give me accurate info for most of the numbers I looked up. It was annoying to pay for something that didn't do what it said it would.

As a customer, I gotta say the service from this company was pretty good. People getting all worked up and confused probably just don't get how online shopping works. It's so frustrating! They make you renew the subscription every 6 months. They don't let you cancel through email, only by phone and no one ever picks up. Plus, they only want to communicate in English but send the contract in Italian!
